Fantastic food and the chef, being from St. Louis nailed the “gooey butter cake”. Try it! Don’t let the name scare you… I’d give you a money back guarantee if it isn’t the best desert you have had in a long time. Kinda sick of airline chicken being everywhere… Chucuterrie board was great! Tuna App outstanding… wine list awesome. Signature cocktails were great, and loved that they offer non local beer options. Will go back in the coming days…

Sat in the bar area, which had an awesome vibe. Our server, Chase, provided a great overview of the back story of the restaurant and what they were looking to emulate. Great mixologist working the bar. Lots of rum and bourbon to choose from along with a stellar wine list Food was exceptional. Grouper bites, catch of the day, red fish, and Creole pasta were all spot on. Service was well paced. Never rushed, but I was also never waiting. Definitely a great place!

I was at Havana Grill last month and it was a good experience, both food and service. This time it was horrible. Food was cold and unimpressive. Salad was pathetic. I’ve had better bagged salad from Publix. Service was poor with staff reaching over everyone to fill water and removing drinks that weren’t finished. Took forever for the food to arrive. Restaurant was incredibly noisy. I won’t be returning. Clearly, something has happened in the past 30 days. Disappointing!

The food was excellent and large portioned. The menu was not overwhelming. The atmosphere on the patio was absolutely perfect. Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable about everything on the menu. He said he had worked there for over 10 years, very impressive.

We are locals that have been to this restaurant several times today was a nightmare !! Computers were down took one hour to get two salads and both were terrible unfortunately we WILL NOT be back there are far too many choices on 30A now to waist my time here !!! It’s a shame

Overall is was good. French Onion soup was outstanding. We weren’t that hungry so we stuck with a Caesar and some apps. Clearly they have an issue with staff but they tried the best they could. Would go back again.

Very busy night with a lot of noise. Staff was trying to keep up. We waited a very long time for our meals. Once they finally came they were barely warm and it was obvious that they had been sitting for a long time. Some of the dishes were cold. The manager apologized and didn’t charge for our entrees , which was nice. But ultimately it was not a great experience.

Seated immediately, table staff was excellent, and Ward was just outstanding. Food was hot and prompt, cooked as ordered, actually served with extras. Drinks were quick and just as ordered. Place was a bit noisy, but everyone was having a great experience, so be it.

Chase was our waiter and so informative! We have eaten here many times But I guessed had not. He gave them the history of the restaurant and how it had been crafted after Hemmingway’s bar and Havana. He was wonderful with the specials and the descriptions of things that we could choose from. Everyone of us thought our food was delicious and the new dessert menu was very good

BEWARE THE UP SERVICE… Service was mediocre, perhaps not enough staff, but dining room was only about 1/4 full. Food was good…but beware the “up service”. We all thought when waiter asked “would you rather have salad or fries?” That it came with entree or sandwich…NOPE!

We’ve eaten here before and it’s been great. Not so much now. It was hard to hear because it was so loud. The bar area is right next to the main dining and was showing a ballgame so people were yelling— which is understandable if you’re at a Sports Bar, but not at a fine dining. We could barely hear the server (who was very good). Food was just ok. Dessert was weak. They’ve taken many of their signature items (s’mores) off the menu. Probably won’t return.

Special evening with my family celebrating the end of our vacation. We were seated outside overlooking the lawn with the ocean view and sky in the background. We enjoyed the sunset as we ate, and the food and service were spectacular.

It took over 2 hours to receive our entrees. About an hour and a half in we were told they had to redo our ribeyes because the chef messed up the temperature of them. 45 minutes later we asked to cancel our steaks since we did not have them yet and they asked us to hold on and 5 minutes later they brought out our food. The outside of the steaks were charred and the insides were medium rare when we ordered 4 medium cooked steaks. We would never recommend

Horrible. Waited 30 minutes before the waiter even acknowledged us after the initial “I’ll be right with you.” After finally being able to place our order, 1 Ribeye and 1 Chicken, we waited an hr and still nothing, 1 1/2 hrs into dinner we told them we needed to get going so cancel the order if it was not already going, we were assured that it would be out in ten minutes. Not so much, about 20 minutes later dinner finally shows up…….And mid rare steak was about as well done as possible and cold, French fries and Mac and cheese also cold, chicken was cooked well but also cold. Manager comes over to the table and agrees the steak was over done and would take it off the tab, which he did and said he would have another one out ASAP, we said no thanks, we had been there for two hrs at that point and needed to get going. He brings the check and a to go bag and tells us they had made a perfect steak for us this time. We finally made it home and come to find out he just boxed up the exact same steak, we know because it was cut in half and the exact same steak but they had cooked it even longer. Probably the single worst fine dining experience we have ever had, obviously will not be back and will not be recommending to friends.

We had Ward last year also and he was fabulous. I think he was spread a little thin this past Monday night. I understand you can’t help that the piano player is out with an injury. I will say I’m not a fan of the high top tables for big groups. It makes it hard to visit with each other. Last year we had the big round table by the piano and it was a much nicer experience than the high top at the entrance.

Main dining room shares with the bar, and it was so noisy that we asked to be moved outside. The couple sitting next us ( dry close quarters) were finishing their dinner and commented that they didn’t blame us for asking to be moved. RB has almost become a victim of its own popularity. At 5:30 on. Friday night we drove around 20 min looking for parking. The Main Street was so crowded, you had to walk slowly to a spud the kids on bikes and the throngs of other pedestrians. The crowd was not raucous or unruly; the street was just packed.

Terrible service. Sat at 7:40. Ordered at 8. Did not receive food until 9, after several requests to receive our food to go at 8:40. We ordered buttered noodles for my kiddo, and shrimp and grits for myself. I specified plain butter. We did get a charcuterie board around 8:10. No refills on my water. At first, I thought no problem, they’re just busy and short staffed, like every single service establishment post covid. No worries. Grace for all, and god bless service workers. But everything was just really inefficient. And it seemed like 2 servers and one food runner were doing 90% of the work. Also, the bartender seemed to have hustle and the cocktails looked delicious. After getting our food to go at 9, they forgot to bring the check. I asked for the check and waited for three more minutes. After that, we left. I told the hostess stand we could not wait any more. Our original server came running out with the check and asked if I was going to pay, I told him I’d been trying to do that for the last 30 minutes. No apology, just an indignant “I was helping other customers.” I said, “Not these customers… you may charge the order to my room.” And left. After getting into our room long enough to open our food and realize the food was not good, the manager came knocking with the bill. At this point, my kid realizes he hates the “weird butter” on his noodles… and I see I’m being charged $38 for food my kid won’t eat. And he’s very hungry. The manager is pretty nice and accommodating. And takes the $38 off my bill. There is some awkward discussion about how they only have pain butter at breakfast… but, we figure out something my kid will eat. And puts the order in. The second dinner comes at 9:30, he eats. I try to eat some of what I ordered and it was not great. Probably because it had been sitting awhile. Anyway, for a restaurant with stunning decor and great location, it was quite disappointing.

The bar service was horrible. Although our waiter did a good job, It took thirty minutes to get a drink each time we ordered. They blamed it on staffing issues but they appeared to have three bartenders so I'm not buying it. In the restaurant the food was just ok. The setting very nice, but they need to step up their game. Food waiter and hostess did a great job.
