    Food was delicious and artistically presented. View from patio was stunning! Waitress was very attentive and extremely friendly. Wish were there for spa treatments and a stay, not just for lunch!

    There were two different menus, the fancier tables with views were over the top expensive. The waitress kindly explained that there was another, less formal area where the menu selection was more to our taste. Still expensive but not shockingly so. It was my adult sons birthday and at the end of the meal the waitress brought out a dinner plate with Happy Birthday written in some kind of liquid (chocolate?) and a candle. Kind of cute, I guess, but for a meal for four at over $160 I would have thought they could do a scoop of ice cream or a sliver of cake??? The location was beautiful though

    We had an amazing dinner and Lisa looked after us to perfection! Always attentive and a warm connection! We have birthdays in September and Lisa made us feel very welcomed! The choices were endless and the presentation was beautiful! Our food was served hot and done just as we liked! Everything tasted so fresh!

    We had a lovely time our server Fred was amazing. We are disappointed that a couple things weren't on the menu but we're pleased to know there was another beef option! Portions were great. Food was delicious. The only thing I'd suggest (if you're looking for it) is power washing the windows because lots of webs and spiders... but, didnt really faze us much. Thanks for making our 10 yr anni great

    The view and ambiance we got from sitting in the room overlooking the waterfall was fantastic, our servers were kind and humorous, the food and cocktails were tasty and not like anything we'd had before. Had to bring some of the lamb back for family to try

    We went to the Headwaters Restaurant at the Millcroft Inn & Spa to celebrate our 1st anniversary. Our server, Jade was phenomenal as she was friendly, attentive, and ensured we felt welcomed. We had the Beef Tenderloin and the Confit Halibut as our main. The beef was cooked to perfection, however, the halibut was underseasoned. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back again!

    Incredible service & food, our waitress Lisa went above and beyond while my husband and I were celebrating our anniversary. The food was also exemplary. I had the lamb and my husband had the vegetarian pasta (this was very unique, best pasta we've tasted).

    We were very disappointed because we reversed for the dining room and we’re seated in the lounge. Had we known we were going to be seated in the lounge we would not have booked. The Millcroft inn blamed open table for the problem.

    Jade was wonderful. Her experience with allergies allowed us an extra measure of peace. We so appreciated the pre celebration attention as tonight is going to be amazing as well. Thanks so much. Sandra is looking forward to the gluten free egg free dessert tonight.

    If you have purchased the dinner package please read!! We were explained that the dinner package meant that you paid $85 per person and whatever else you order above $85 gets added to your bill. TOTALLY FALSE!!! The dinner package includes an appetizer, a main and desert. Only the Lobster has a $20 surcharge. Then add your beverages. Disappointing that a senior server misinformed us! Put a dark cloud over an otherwise nice weekend.

    My husband and I were married at the Millcroft Inn 31 years ago. We were back to celebrate our anniversary. Our table was located in a little nook overlooking the waterfall. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to celebrate from! Our server, Christopher, was attentive, friendly and professional. I had a lovely salad, pan seared chicken, potatoes and asparagus followed by coffee and watermelon gelato. My husband had the gazpacho, arctic char with risotto, followed by creme brûlée for dessert. The food was cooked to perfection. Everything was flavourful and the portions perfect for lunch. We can’t say enough about how wonderful an experience we had! Thank-you Millcroft Inn, and Christopher for giving us an anniversary to treasure!

    Our server Frank was outstanding. I am a manager & chef at a restaurant so i am pretty picky when i go out. the food was phenomenal, best food ive had out probably ever. and the service was spectacular as well. The food runner was very informed and explain each dish to us as served. The server brought gluten free bread without me having to even ask if it was an option after i explained my allergy. He also came out with the dessert menu snd explained everything i could eat with my allergy and what i needed to modify to make it so i could have it. Overall the best experience at a restaurant i have had in a long time. highly recommend.

    We had an amazing dinner and breakfast. The service and the food were top notch. It was my niece’s first time fine dining and she was blown away. The summer trio dessert was out of this world. I highly recommend this restaurant.

    We had to ask 3 times to have our wine poured for us. The server told us the restaurant policy was not to leave the wine on the table because the server is supposed to pour it for the guests. This is appropriate, but even after she explained this to me, she did not come back to top up our glasses throughout dinner. We had to catch her eye 2 more times to top up our glasses. If the servers are too busy, then they should leave the wine on the table for the guests to serve themselves.

    Terrible service and food was awful. Appetizer of Ahi tuna was bad and could not be eaten. Paid the up charge for the lobster dinner and it was mushy and more like soup. Service was terrible and the staff did not even care about our issues. Had to go to Macdonalds after and received better service there. We could not even bring ourselves to eat breakfast there the next morning.

    Both the beef tenderloin and the lamb loin mains were outstanding. Our starters of pea purée ( really a very fresh and elegant soup) and tuna crudo were also delicious. What made the meal a real highlight was our server, Fred: the consummate professional, full of humour and the ability to judge the mood of each table he served, from the staid to the fun-loving. He’s a real star.

    Fred was my server and he did a fantastic job of assisating me with my choices. He recommended substitutes for my main which was spot on. He was energetic and had a great personality. The dining room has a rustic charm and very pleasant.
