Aside from the classic cocktail, a highball is a train conductor’s signal to depart at full speed. It was how Central Florida’s abundant harvests moved from field to table, an iconic symbol of the region’s agricultural might. Highball & Harvest (H&H) pays homage to this legacy, with menus laden with ingredients from local farms, as well as our own green-growing efforts. We pluck fresh produce from our on-site 7,000- square-foot garden at Whisper Creek Farm. Handcrafted cocktails are infused with seasonal fruits and herbs, and create a culinary adventure that is as inspiring as it is memorable.

We had a wonderful meal of the mixed salad with Salmon on the side and the special seafood, lobster tail and goulash. The kids were so excited to have peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. It all was delicious!! Our waiter was excellent. The best part were the desserts though!! Crème brûlée, vanilla and chocolate sundae, donuts with coffee ice cream and mango passion fruit sorbet made our night complete.

We dined outdoors in lovely seating, protected with a rooftop and with a beautiful view of the grounds. The wait staff was professional. Our cocktails - martini and cosmopolitan were perfect. I had the market fish entree cooked with red snapper. It had a creative melange of accompaniments and the presentation was beautiful. My husband had venison and his portion was large. He thought it was tasty but a bit dry. A sauce might have remedied that. Our coconut cream pie dessert was beyond our expectations in presentation, flavor and size. Overall, out experience at Highball and Harvest was delightful.

We sat outside with our young kids and it was nice and quite. Server was the best we had in a long time. Great attitude and attention to our needs with the kids. Food recommendations were spot on! Food was great. We had the venison Skirt Steak and Mac n Cheese. We loved everything about our experience

This is a great restaurant! The food is really good, the ambiance is neat and modern. Our server Lenny was super attentive and made our anniversary night special. This is my third time eating at the restaurant, and will certainly be back when in town.

I expected the food and service would be good since they are located in the Ritz Carlton but both the food and the servive were outstanding! Mario was an absolute pleasure and I am eternally grateful for his brilliant explanation of the grilled pork belly dish as i was on the fence about it and it turned out to be one of the best things i have ever eaten in my life!

A big place but nicely grouped tables for more intimate experiences and lovely decor. Musician singing softly added to the ambiance. Hearty dishes nicely described by our wait staff. The highlight by far was our server Rob. What an impressive individual. If we had a business we would beg him to join us. He found unique ways to enhance our overall experience and never stopped running from table to table to no doubt do the same for others. The fish entree was substantial as well as delicious and my chicken entree was perched a top a grain/squash medley that I thoroughly enjoyed. The menu right now is full on Autumnal which happens to be my fav so lots of yummy cozy items. We walked away impressed and satiated.

The service was adequate but not approaching the price. The food was sincerely lacking in flavor and had to be salted at the table, which is not what I expected at a restaurant of this caliber. The hamburger was not juicy, and the macaroni and cheese was thin and again, needed salt. The atmosphere was full of corporate people clearly on expense accounts who were loud and annoying and regularly hit on and touched us at the bar. It was too loud to carry on a conversation and we couldn’t wait to leave.

The burger was great, if a little overdone. The venison was very good, maybe too many flavors in one dish? Deviled eggs are crazy overpriced for what is just two eggs (!) and the whites were hard and rubbery. Good cocktails, nice live music playing.

Food was very good but not excellent. My husband loved his steak and the potatoes with it were unique and delicious. I ordered the shrimp and grits which was good but there was too much sauce which was a bit over powering. I felt like I didn’t really get to enjoy the cheesy grits and had to take breaks and drink water. We ordered the sundae for dessert. I wish it had more brownies and wasn’t overly impressed by it although we did finish it:) Overall we enjoyed our time and the lovely attentive server. Would definitely come back but I would probably order something different.

Absolutely fabulous as usual. Our server, Mario, was very pleasant and attentive. The food was beyond delicious. The 3 of us all had the skirt steak and it was cooked to perfection based on our requests.

Mario our server was outstanding! He was kind, knowledgeable, patient, allowed us time to enjoy our meal and take our time celebrating a birthday. He also helped us celebrate by singing “Happy Birthday” and bringing a wonderful selection of birthday desserts!! The food and drinks were excellent and we will be back often.

The overall experience is very pleasant, it would have been nice to have some sandwich options, but the food and service were good. We had a group of 10 and the server managed to keep on top of everything.

We eat here on a regular brunch. Lunch or dinner. For brunch we were sat at our table no menus. I had to walk back to the hostess to request menus. Waited another 10 minutes for our waitress to get our drink orders. Then finally decided to get the buffet. Waffles were extremely tough omelet station took so long and extremely slow decided to go with scrambled eggs. My visit this time I was very disappointed.

Had the most amazing experience tonight ! Rob was hands down the best server I’ve ever had in my entire life! No joke…. He was attentive, catered to my kids and even did a magic trick. Got to see some amazing fireworks right from our table! Food and drinks were great. We will definitely be back!! Thanks Rob!

We were celebrating my mom's birthday and the service couldn't have been better. Mario was fantastic and even brought out a fun dessert to share with the four of us. Mario addressed every question we had about the menu.

Amazing food. There was live music so that was nice. I thought everything from the appetizers, cocktail, entrees, and desert were all delicious. The Half chicken was very tender and not dry. The blueberry cobbler with the honey ice cream was a great way to end the night. The portion sizes were great as well. We would come again.
