   A bit disappointed... we've been to Hillside many times and generally had a wonderful experience. I thought the menu this time around was a bit limited. I had the Halibut and my wife had the Scallops and Pork Belly. Both were good but we weren't dazzled. When we go to places where the food is unbelievable, we're usually saying to one another "you HAVE to try this"... and we exchange a few bites. Looking back on our evening, we didn't do that for these meals. Service unfortunately also lacked attentiveness and polish. Maybe part of the disappointment is we were inside due to poor weather while previously we've sat on their upstairs patio which has incredible views of the valley and Lake Okanagan which really adds to the experience. For us, I'll wait to see their menu updated before I return and would also look for days with good weather so we can sit on the patio.

Our outdoor patio really does provide an amazing ambiance but the rain didn't play nice with us on Sunday :( We do hope you will give us another try in the future to wow you with both our menu and our service as we'd love another try :)

   I had the pork belly and was expecting more food than I received. No veggies and very small portions. Perhaps it was my fault as I did not realize that this bistro seems to be focused on fine dining with extremely small portions. My wife had halibut and was satisfied with the cook on the halibut but once again no veggies. I realize that everything is more expensive but $150 for a very small entree and a dessert is pricey

   A lovely evening on the patio for a girls’ night out! Our server was very charismatic and knowledgeable. The wine was exceptional - we did the white flight as it was 30’C outside! - and we LOVED the Muscat the most. We ordered their charcuterie board and gnocchi to share both plates. It was just the right amount of food to satisfy and we didn’t feel overly full. The board was served with cheeses from a local farm down the road from the winery, and the gnocchi was complimented with fruit pieces mixed in with the topping. A culinary win! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, and will undoubtedly return.

   What an amazing experience!! Went with my husband for a night out, and were blown away by the delicious food & wine plus great ambience and service. Try the elk tartare, it's unlike anything else!

    The Tomahawk for two is more than enough for 4 even 5. We shared it with a few sides and had a wonderful birthday dinner.

    Beautiful evening in the Okanagan. Dinner out on the patio with a view over the lake and the setting sun. Our wonderful server Alexa was attentive and charming. We had the tabled’hote with wine pairing. Fabulous lamb shanks. Wine was perfect. Thanks for a fantastic experience!

    We had the 2 course option for lunch and had the wine option as well. DELIGHTFUL !!! We added the bread and roasted olives. More then enough quantity and quality was excellent. The Chef included a fabulous dessert which finished our meal beautifully. We would definitely go back!!!

    Disappointed in that the half of the food was not warm when it arrived. Thankfully they provided warm food to replace the cold, but it ruined the meal having it broken up like that.

    Food and service was excellent. The setting is very rustic. A change in lighting (warm yellow instead of harsh white led) would fit the rest of the ambience better. We will go again!

    Great spot in Naramata for lunch. Excellent patio views with an ambitious lunch menu. Food executed very well, with excellent flavors. Very much enjoyed the beet salad and especially the desert plate to finish. Pastry chef did a great job.

    We love Hillside. They had just opened when we visited recently. The menu has changed which is always nice but some favourites remain the same. The artistry of the presentation is quite beautiful. The portions are ample and we ended up taking a doggy bag home. One of the things that makes a visit they’re so special is the outstanding staff who are extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you hillside. We are so glad to have you in the neighborhood.

    Lovely setting, great menu, thoroughly enjoyed our sunset dinner on the patio. Perfect date night setting! Great share plates for that purpose too! The Naramata Harvest Salad was amazing!! Would have loved each cheese on the Bench Board to have been locally sourced.

    We love the Hillside. The wait staff is outstanding and the environment is good. The spaced table placement allows for easy conversation. The food is excellent. We always feel we have had ample with our choices. The wait staff are good judges of what is enough for one’s group. Its a sharing menu and not extensive, but tasty and interesting. Something for everyone.

    Our party of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our dinner - appetizer popcorn is excellent and dinner was absolutely fabulous - everyone loved their orders - would definitely come back! Our waitress was lovely.
