Never disappointed! Been coming here for years! All the staff is great! Love the table side salad and atmosphere. The long stemmed rose🌹 is always a nice gesture to the ladies. Food is yummy!

The experience was awesome. Unfortunately my New York Strip steak was slightly over cooked and somewhat bland and my wife’s Fire Grilled Chicken was just as bland. The salad and the desserts were absolutely delicious.

Excellent experience to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Hugo’s went above and beyond my expectations. I had not done a ton of research on restaurant so I was very surprised by the rose and table side salad as well as the chocolate covered strawberries. The food was excellent! Would definitely recommend.

Our #1 choice for steak houses in downtown Las Vegas. Full, pampering style, service and courses; from tableside salad creation, to palate cleansers, to hot towels. I wish we had room for dessert.

The food was some of the best that I had here in vegas and the service stood out above all the rest. The potatoes, au gratin is a must try as well as their orange walnut vinaigrette for their salad. The béarnaise sauce that they use for the steak was amazing as well, but nothing was better than their banana, foster dessert to top everything off as well as the dessert that comes with milk, chocolate covered, strawberry, apricot, and fig. I would definitely eat here again.

We have eaten at Hugo’s multiple times. After last night sadly to say it will be our last. Food was excellent. Service was rushed and not it’s classy self. Noise was extremely loud for fine dining and it seams there prices jumped 30-49% post Covid. I understand food cost increases but the price of a Steak goes up per pound, not meal. Great food but sorry, not going to pay those prices.

Service was great. Our servers were attentive and courteous. Main meal was great. Bread basket choices could be better. Bread rolls were barely warm and had a difficult time spreading butter on rolls due to their temperature. Crips with paprika we’re just okay to taste.

My wife, Stephanie and I had a fantastic evening. It started with a great table location, continued with a knowledgeable waiter. The dinner was fantastic along with the desserts. We enjoy long, relaxing, dinners occasionally, and Hugos was a perfect place to experience that. We will definitely be returning. Cheers.

This is an "Old-School" Vegas Steak-House. It felt like it could have been 1965 - we loved it. I had the lamb and blue-cheese scalloped potatoes - maybe the best lamb I've ever had. The martinis were awesome. More food than we could eat - but we had dessert anyway - bananas foster - incredible. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to get away from Bellagio or Caesars mess and take a step back in time. The service was fantastic by the way - I think we had 3 servers handling our table simultaneously.

I was shocked at the pricing. And the food was cold. There were several very loud tables of people yelling back-and-forth. It was definitely not what it was a few years ago. I was really disappointed and it was my birthday….

The other three were newbies and came away as impressed as I have been all the years of going there. Yes it’s pricey but it’s a perfect old school special occasion place for all (adult) ages. A young couple one table away were in awe.

The ambiance, the service, the food.. It is hard to describe which one was better. We stumbled upon this restaurant, hidden next to Fremont, and it is quite possibly our favorite part of the trip. We will be back and we will be letting everyone know that this experience is a must.
