Hugo's Cellar is a romantic setting for gourmet dining, perfect for all occasions. Ladies are greeted with a long-stemmed rose and welcomed to a warm and gracious atmosphere by our attentive staff. The classic old-style Vegas menu features a table side salad included with all entrees, featuring black Angus beef, veal, duck chicken, flown-in-fresh seafood and numerous classics, all served with seasonal vegetables. Finish your meal with our table-side flambeed desserts and our crowning delights of white and dark chocolate dipped strawberries, apricot and figs. Voted best gourmet room by The Best of Las Vegas Review Journal 2013.

    The martini is an experience in of itself. The table side salad was excellent and the New York Strip was cooked perfectly. Always a first class experience and I try to go back every time that I am in Vegas.

    Love the place!! Went with another couple. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. My dirty martini was strong 💪🏽. Would definitely come back again!!

    We were impressed with the service, food and ambiance, not to mention a long-stemmed rose. Table side salads prepared (which is included with your entrée) as well as a starch and a vegetable. We even got chocolate covered strawberries and apricots for dessert. In addition, it was our wedding anniversary and Hugo's provided a complimentary lava fudge cake with ice cream in the middle! Wow! Yummy! 💕 Also, presented us with a formal thank you card too!! We highly recommend them. Plan to return on our next trip to Vegas!

    This was our first time to visit. It was an overall overwhelming excellent experience. If you want to treat the one you love, then do a Hugo’s Cellar experience.

    A downtown Las Vegas favorite. Professional waiters and delicious food. They also feature one of the best sommeliers in LV who will always get you fantastic wine.

    This was my second time here and first time taking my wife. What a fantastic time. Food was excellent and huge portions. Great service and really cool location.
