Great steakhouse. Amazing service. Love that they include a potato side with every steak. So many delicious vegetable sides it was hard to pick just one… would love a “veggie trio” option where you get a smaller serving of 3 kinds of veg. The Brussels sprouts are especially delicious.

Appetizers and dessert were very good as was the service. Steaks were disappointing mainly because they were cooked incorrectly. Hubby ordered medium rare and his was closer to well done. I ordered medium and mine was nearly rare. Flavor was good but a disappointment given one expects better from Hy’s.

Excellent service and mostly good steak and starters. Unfortunately 20oz bone-in "rib steak" was tough and grisily and certainly not worth price. Sauces a bit under-seasoned. That said, great wine selections and excellent service. Always an overall good time at Hy's.

HYs Steakhouse is a popular venue, but even though it is busy the service was attentive and the staff helpful. The good is not good value for money, and is at the high end prices for Whistler, but the food is of good quality so if you want a bit of showmanship with the Caesar Salad and Flambé Bananas done at the table maybe it’s worth the extra cost.

Everything about Hy’s was amazing! Great food, great service, and really nice atmosphere. Great unique wine list. Only issue was the wine was all really pricey. But the bottle we got was worth it! I have had many Caesar salads- that was the best one I’ve ever had!

Poor value for couple reasons. 1. No sommelier which is different from similar priced steakhouses and 2. Filet was burned and they actually asked to butterfly a steak to re cook! Which is not acceptable for a steak. To be fair they did remove the item from the bill.

My steak fillet mignon was rather well done than medium well. It was very dry.wWine list price range is over the top for some wines that you can get at a local wine cellar. Rack of lamb is delicious, was cooked to perfection. Waiter was a bit pushy. Unlike any other high end steak houses they never have bread for the table other than that cheese bread for 2 as extra order.

Overall Great! Ordered 2 well done filet's, and a beef tenderloin appetizer. Tenderloins were thin slices or raw meat. Waiter should have noticed we ordered well done steaks and informed of the raw meat appetizer, we were not charged for the appetizer! Again over Awesome place, will go again!

Samantha made our meal amazing. We har caesar salad prepared table side. It was great to watch Sam prepare it. I learned some tips too. Can’t wait to try it at home. Then for desert we had Bananas Foster, again prepared table side. We sure put Sam to work last night. She was a pleasure and made our meal the best it could be. Thanks Sam. We’ll definitely be back. Great place to eat! Will definitely eat here again when we come back to Whistler. Everything we had on the menu was good. Definitely try the Caesar salad and the cheese bread. We had steak and fish as entrees and both were very very good. Can’t go wrong with either,
