The steak temp was mixed up with the two of us. Mine was medium, I asked for Med rare and my partners was mid rare and she asked for med. Steak quality was average. Had much better meals in Whistler than this one. And the prices are high for what you get. I won’t be going back to a Hy’s again. Very disappointing as it used to be one of my favorite steak houses. Steaks are actually better at the Keg and they seem more customer service oriented. For example my partner is allergic to alcohol even in sauces, Hy’s could offer anything other than what was on the menu. Even I could have made a sauce without alcohol with little extra effort. But they didn’t even offer. While other restaurants at Whistler did.

A great steakhouse experience. The food was simply delicious. The server was professional but very entertaining. A great accompaniment to a perfect meal. You must go!

Steaks were "okay". On the other hand, the sides were larger than expected and were "good". Desserts we had were good too. Service provided was "okay" but not on par with the prices. Much prefer Rim Rock or Araxi.

For the premium you're charging the steak was not even in my top 20, seriously. Too much marbling, not much flavor.

Amazing service! Food was delicious. Perfect medium rare filet and the Steak Diane prepped tableside was gastronomical. Will be back!!
