This was the second time dining at your restaurant. The first time my wife and I were celebrating a wedding anniversary . The second time we brought my sister and brother-in-law. As always the food was excellent. We had a table right by the window over looking the beautiful lake and harbor of Barrie. We look forward and dining again at your restaurant . Thank You

Saturday evenings are generally busy at most restaurants and Il Buco was no exception.
There were few empty tables and consequently the noise level was a challenge for any conversation.
The quality of the fare was good, however most Italian reetaurants generally serve bread and offer a cheese
tray instead of a dessert wagon.
The service was good and our server was knowledgeable and pleasant.
The wine list was limited and could be expanded to include wines from different regions of Italy.
(Just a thought). Or perhaps develop a relationship with a Niagara-on-the-Lake vintner e.g. Two Sisters
Overall, it was an easy going evening for all.

Amazing service as always, Cyril and Jen are amazing and masters of their craft. Easily my favourite restaurant in Barrie, visit once and you’ll know why!

We recently had dinner at Il Buco and our party Of 4 enjoyed everything. The mushroom soup was fantastic as well as the Penne, lasagna and steak. Cheesecake for dessert was delicious too. No complaints. We will be back for sure!

Took a friend for birthday dinner, first time for both of us. We went vegetarian. The roasted garlic appetizer was wonderful, as were the pasta entrees. The house red wine was excellent value. Service provided by Russell was impeccable. Discreet birthday greetings and complimentary tiramisu topped off a lovely dining experience. Will definitely return, and recommend to friends.

Always enjoy II Buco but this past Saturday was the Best!

The atmosphere and the service was excellent. Our waiter sang to us and with us, made the evening seem like we were back in Positano Italy.

Atmosphere was Romantic and well dimmed for valentines dinner with my girl. Food was amazing, service was good. Will def rtn in summer to enjoy more of the nicer weather and def recommend!

This was my first time here, took my girlfriend out for Valentine’s Day. Cannot believe how amazing the evening went. Food was unbelievable, came out in a timely manner and reasonably priced. Will definitely be back!

The second time we have been for dinner and like the first time it was very good, I would have liked more red snapper.

We love the restaurant but felt very rushed from the moment we sat down. Our server was telling us to take our time but was quick to have us pay our bill.

It was for my 50th which was stated at the time of reservation. Nothing was said by waiter and not acknowledged which I felt was unusual as I’ve been there for birthdays in the past. The food was amazing as always

Tables were small and a little too cluttered. Not enough craft beer selection but food was really good and service was very good! Lights should be a litter dimmer for dinner for a better ambiance! I will definitely go back though!

No our fiirst time to I’ll Buco! Great food. Nice atmosphere. Service is typically top notch ! This visit it was a bit too dark. Waiter spilled my dinner down my top and pants. Apologized. I think I should have had my glass of wine complimentary.
