Inn on the Twenty
Our first time there. It was a gorgeous restaurant with a lovely view to watch the sunset over the valley. I forgot to get our servers name but she was terrific. We had the gnocchi to start and also shared the rib steak. The food was incredible and have nothing but great things to say about the experience. The service provided by our server was just the cherry on top. Can’t wait for the next visit.
Food, wine and service was excellent. Quality has not changed from last year.
Great service and nice views from the window!! Great food too
It was lovely. Enjoyed the lamb. My guests enjoyed their food. Friendly staff. Good service.
Beautiful location. Great Service. Delicious food and wine.
I have been several times and will be back again.
The greeters were delightful, the wait staff excellent and attentive, the food was tender and flavorful. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the scenery just outside the windows is stunning. It made for a wonderful birthday celebration. Not our first visit, and we are hoping for many more. I wish we lived closer so we could celebrate all family and friend special occasions here.
Our son’s graduation from University...
We had an absolutely amazing experience dining here for brunch. We were celebrating our first wedding anniversary and the staff couldn't be more attentive and friendly. Our coffee and water were constantly being refilled and everyone wished us a happy anniversary. The staff even brought over mimosas for our celebration and it was so unexpected and appreciated! The food was fantastic and so was the view. We would come back in a heart beat!!
Paul is a doll....informative and attentive...
Asparagus soup too salty...pickerel perfect....
A great girl get together lunch spot...thank you!
Great atmosphere and food was amazing. Service was very good and relaxed and we had a great time
A wonderful brunch to celebrate my mom's birthday and mother's day. Beautiful view, delicious food and very friendly staff.
A lovely evening to celebrate our anniversary. Friendly service and beautifully presented food. Very enjoyable
Food as always was delicious. The dining room could use some updating to paint and decor. It is showing its age. Our server was very friendly and accommodating. Wonderful lunch!
The experience was very disappointing. We have dined at On the Twenty in the past and always had wonderful meals. We had not been there for several years, so decided to return. Before making the decision we reviewed menus of Niagara area restaurants and decided their menu looked quite appealing.
The food was not terrible, but not good either. Very uninspired meals, with over cooked lamb, dessert past it’s prime, an incredibly boring salad. Literally packaged greens, sliced cherry tomatoes and radishes and a nondescript dressing. Something you would throw together in a minute or two at home to say you had a salad on the table.
I kept thinking if we were in a cafeteria or a dining room in senior’s retirement home we would feel the food was just fine. Alas, we were not. We were in a beautiful room in our glorious Niagara wine country.
How can such a beautiful venue produce such lacklustre meals? It is almost as though they have given up.
Visited on a Friday at noon. Restaurant was busy. Food was very well prepared. Service was attentive but not over bearing.
Everything was great but I'm finding your pricing to be too high
It was a fun Mother’s Day
Our 2nd year for Mother’s Day brunch. Food is always delicious! Staff very friendly and accommodating.
Wonderful Mother's Day experience. Everything was great!
Service was excellent .The only complaint would be that the Room was a little chilly.
We had a lovely lunch celebrating Mother’s Day. The service was exceptional and the timing and delivery of meals was just perfect. The hamburger was delicious. We had the salmon haddock pie which was abit bland with a nice salad. Great table overlooking the vineyard. Thank you. We will be back.
It’s taken me a couple of days to really process my wonderful experience at the restaurant, that I didn’t know where to start!
I called the place to book a reservation initially for my mother and I since it was mother’s day weekend. The lovely Lauren answered my phone call to take my booking but left me on hold to tend to other things in her present time at the restaurant, so while I was on hold I thought to myself “I could probably just book it online” which I did!! (With OpenTable of course) and I hung up the phone while on hold. But I said to myself “I should probably call back anyway to let her know she didn’t offend me by keeping me on hold over the phone and leaving me there because I got a reso anyway”
I called back, Lauren picked up, told her it was the lady on hold but not to worry I made the reso over the internet anyway. And she was extremely apologetic, SO MUCH SO, that it seemed like the entire restaurant was awaiting upon my arrival.
I got to the front desk the day of my reso, there was two people standing in front of my mother and I, but the hostess ask if we had a reservation, I said yes at 12:30 and the hostess immediately knew my name, and retrieved Lauren who seated us right away. One of the best seats in the house. (Which is near the window that overlooks the Jordan valley) and gifted complimentary glasses of champagne for us.
The waitress I am SO SO SORRY I FORGOT YOUR NAME, was also equally as wonderful with a beautiful head of red hair.
The customer service was just on point. All around.
And the food is phenomenal. Anything on that menu, looked absolutely amazing to try.
And I absolutely will NEED to be back to try absolutely everything on that menu.
Thank you SO MUCH Inn On The Twenty for making me feel like a rock star that day.
My mother and I will certainly be back, but with more people in toe to try everything out.
Love you guys! Xo
The restaurant was very accommodating for our baby. They had gluten free bread available which is almost appreciated with my dietary restrictions. I ordered the lamb and my husband had the burger. Both dishes were good and I loved the jus with the lamb but would have liked a wee bit more. The fries with the burger were very good.
Service was good and staff were very friendly. I would like to come back and try their dinner menu.
My husband and I took my father for lunch in celebration of his 94th birthday. The day was warm and sunny, and the restaurant was the perfect day to enjoy it, sitting at a window overlooking the ravine. The food was great, and our waitress made a bit of a fuss over Dad, which he enjoyed.
Amazing dinner experience. Would highly recommend! Great customer service :)
I would go back again and again if I could..... dinner was outstanding. Everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. Server was knowledgeable and friendly. From the minute we walked in the door until the minute we left, we felt welcomed.
We went for Easter Brunch. The food (especially the tagliatelle) and service were wonderful. The restaurant is airy, elegant, and quiet enough to have a conversation without being eerily silent. It is not cheap, but worth it for a special occasion.
Fantastic food, friendly and attentive service. It was a quiet Saturday evening, and we had appetizers, mains and desserts. All brilliant.
Noise level was moderate only because of our table; otherwise it was quiet. Hopefully we did not bother others around us. Nobody seemed annoyed or upset, but rather would laugh with us. We were having a triple celebration of 2 birthdays and Easter and don't often get together.
Food was very disappointing. Soup was not hot and not tasty. We returned it. The salt and pepper in my frittata wasn’t mixed well so there so some bites that were too peppered. It was also dry and over cooked. The salad was bland so I left most on the plate.
My friend had the burger and said it tasted store bought even though we were told it wasn’t.
Not up to the reputation the restaurant used to have.
The food and atmosphere (including staff) was excellent, great place for a special meal. I would highly recommend the lovely restaurant and the surrounding road of shops, a great place to visit.
We enjoyed the impeccable service and deelicious food. All meals were perfect! We entertain special company every year and their only request is that we reserve lunch for them at On the Twenty. I highly recommend!
We had delicious food at two dinners and one breakfast. The service for the most part was excellent. Brian was a fabulous waiter on our first night. The second night waiter was just okay. All the ladies who served us from the hostess to the breakfast server were very gracious and made us feel extremely welcome. The beef short ribs are especially delicious but very filling. Make certain if you order them that you are extremely hungry. The pecan tart is just divine! I really loved the breakast parfait. The food is really worth the drive!
We had a lovely time and our server (Cathy) was excellent. It's a bit pricey for lunch but as a special treat is definitely worth it.
Excellent lunch in a lovely dining room overlooking 20 mile creek valley. The service was superb and the meal excellent as was the wine.
simply an excellent evening. Can't wait to go back!
The 4 for $40 was a great tasting menu. However, if we did not have double bread portions, then it would not have been enough food.
Food very good. Excellent waiter. Type of music and volume not quite appropriate for venue
Says something that we went back two days after our initial visit and brought friends. Just as great this time. Thanks again.
Wonderful food and atmosphere, great experience . Terrific menu with some unique items
