Very nice brunch buffet with lots of options. Service was outstanding! Hot brown that are famous for was good. The only negative thing I would say I felt is was aliitle overpriced at 37.95 a person. Overall a good experience!

We brought our Irish cousins here for lunch and weren’t disappointed on any level. Every detail was perfect. I hadn’t been here in years but had many fond memories of times with my Grandmother at the Brown. We will continue to make more memories here. Thank you!!! Mary T.

Our server interrupted us throughout the meal while we talked. Hot browns weren’t the best but they should have been. They accommodated us with a wheelchair. Prices were fine. Very disappointing desserts. Dried out bread pudding with maple syrup was the worst.

The food was good. However for the original hot brown birthplace, I feel the sauce could have had more flavor. Also, there was barely any bread at the bottom of my hot brown. And only ONE piece of bacon for the petite hot brown seems extremely frugal and ungenereous. The person I went with had 2 pieces of bacon on theirs for the ORIGINAL hot brown, which again seems greedy. The overall experience was good.

We had to try the authentic hot brown while in Louisville and it did not disappoint! A very rich dish with all the sauce and cheese on top. My husband and I shared it along with some French onion soup (also delicious) and that was plenty of food. The service was attentive. My husband also had a Bloody Mary which I tasted and we both thought was good, a nice amount of spice and horseradish but not overpowering.

We came for the hot brown sandwich. It was good, but I wouldn’t order it again. There are so many other interesting things on the menu. I would come back here, and recommend it to my friends, for the exceptional service. You have outstanding staff. The ambiance, as well as the drinks were exceptional.

The Brown is a beautiful hotel and the staff at J Graham's Cafe was delightful. All that makes the poor quality and limited selection of the food much more disappointing. All of the options were dry and overcooked. Instead of replacing old items with fresh ones, they were happy to let people spend a lot of money for food no one should eat. Shame on the management for letting a well trained staff down by not caring about the quality of the food.

We came for my mom‘s birthday and my cousin from out of town they all tried the hot brown and the bread pudding, which is always phenomenal. Service was superb. We will always come back.

I can't say enough about how welcome we felt here. From Sue at the front kiosk, to our server Megan, to the manager on duty, everybody was welcoming, energetic, and made us feel like we were the most important people in the restaurant. Most of all, you could tell each one of them took PRIDE in the restaurant and the work they do. Oh, and the food was superb. We will definitely visit again.

We've eaten at the Brown Hotel before, and each time the experience is such a special treat for us. Excellent food, excellent service from a very friendly wait staff, and a really beautiful setting make the nearly 2-hour drive well worth the trip.

We went there for a late breakfast after staying at the hotel for a 100-year-old Brown Celebration. It's such a relaxing place to have breakfast and lunch. Our breakfast was done to perfection.

It’s not often you get to stay and eat at such a historic place. But if you’re going to Louisville, you definitely have to, at least, eat the original Turkey brown at the Brown hotel. Everything was perfect here, Professional people making amazing food and serving it up top-notch. Next time I’m in Louisville I’ll definitely be going back for more!

Given how fabulous the food was, it’s a bit nitpicking but our server reached across the two of us to serve hot coffee. It made me nervous, and is a basic no-no for serving guests. Everything else about the Cafe is top notch. My grandson loves his hot brown for breakfast and highly recommends it!!

Took husband and another couple for the Hot Brown, as I have had it before but they had not. We were not disappointed!!!! A must try in Louisville! Our hostess was very thorough in explaining the dish and its history and our waitstaff was fantastic!!
