Great service and food was good. Pan bread was pricey but otherwise Gaby was excellent and was friendly and knowledgeable. Great place for families as well

Disappointed with the food , Cheez whiz used on nachos as one of the cheeses, meat on burger was bland, very disappointing with the food at Barrie location. Pasta was returned, it tasted as it was reheated in a microwave, too much butter used to compensate

The Dj and music was a nice welcome surprise. Our server was out of this world. The customer service she provided was amazing! Meal was great and the recommended drink (whisky sour) was quite nice too!

The server was amazing talked us through the menu as he said he had tried many of the new dishes Water was refilled without even asking The waiter checked in many times and was engaging with conversation Great date night !

Debbie, our server, did a great job of taking care of myself and my guests. Rest of the staff jumped in when needed. I'll definitely be back, again!

The server actually brought and made us pay the bill while we were still eating (mid-meal, not even close to done) even though she was not leaving her shift and the restaurant was not busy. She was not attentive for anything except getting paid. Food was good and the guys at the front who greeted us and showed us to our seats were also great. Meghan (server) however needs some re-training.

Food was great, as always. Restaurant was typical atmosphere for dinner time, not too busy but not completely quiet either. Service was….meh. Our waitress Kiera was great when she first got to our table, but was pretty mediocre after that. Servers were all paying too much attention to a table of boys that appeared to be their coworkers. At one point Kiera walked up to our table with the debit machine and then got distracted by something and walked away. We eventually had to pay online via the Inspired Rewards app. I also mentioned with my reservation that we were there for a birthday, which no one mentioned while we were there. I would return but hoping to get better, more attentive service next time.

We love going to Jack's for the Asiago Bow Tie Pasta it's amazing. Our server Peyton was wonderful she made sure we had everything we needed and brought a birthday treat for my daughter.

First time I’ve ever sent a steak back TWICE! Second one was worse than the first. Ended up watching my family eat dinner and left with only three chicken wings for dinner. Glad we ordered them as an appetizer to share! They did comp the entire food portion of the bill (after I suggested it!) as they ruined a holiday family (Family Day) dinner. Don’t waist your time here. It was garbage!!!!! Everything else was a 4/10.

Good food. The kids menu was good value. Service was great. It was super busy on Family Day, so I was glad I made a reservation. We were brought in immediately passing the large waiting area. We arrived at 5:45 to a packed house, not one spot available and were done eating by 6:30. I was shocked at the quick service with that many people. Excellent servers too! Never had to chase her down! I believe her name was Zoe! She even made time to small chat with us and the kids asking about our day with the family. This is the second time I’ve been to this location and constant great service and good quality food.

The service here was spot on. We had a small issue with one of our food items but it was taken care of so quickly and without issue. Thanks so much to our waitress Crystal and the Kitchen Manager!

I would highly recommend Jack Astor's to a friend or family because of atmosphere consistent quality and service with a smile. I have not been disappointed since I started coming on a regular basis for special occasion. looking forward to my next visit there.

Service was good, we were helped the moment we walked in the door despite it being decently busy. Our server (Brooke) was extremely nice and patient as we had a hard time deciding what to order. The drinks & food came very quickly after we ordered which for us is a big win as we have had long waits at other restaurants in the past. The food was spectacular and and well worth the money. I would 100% recommend this place to a friend, and I plan on going back sometime soon!

Valentine's Day and they burned my steak. I wasn't going to say anything but the waitress came by and noticed it. She took it back to the kitchen for a new one but left the potatoes and veggies. Well seriously I'm not going to eat those until have my steak back...I just don't eat it separately. Everything was cold by the time the steak came any my boyfriend had already finished his dinner. Was incredible that it took that long!? It was very disappointing particularly on Valentine's Day... I told the waitress that I had lost my appetite by now and she appeared mad at me. Made me feel like it was my fault and she was doing this nice thing for me!! It was crazy. We left immediately after...so ridiculous
