    Very noisy. We were seated beside 2 tables of teenagers about 20 of them. Would have preferred a quieter corner of the restaurant

    Nourriture très bonne. Embiance aussi bonne le prix étais à la hauteur de tout et le service qu'on a eu étais super. Nous s'y retournerons encore c'est sûr.

    Assiette très chaude mais nourriture tièdes froide ... Nous avons fait réchauffé et là c'est revenu avec assiette très froide et nourriture chaude lol

    Nourriture infecte, légumes congelés détrempés dans un poke bowl?? Des nachos à 18$ avec rien dessus sauf des oignons crus. Une orangeade pour les enfants qui goûte l’eau, une pizza avec une sauce bourrée de sucre.Très décevant

    Went dining for a birthday, food was okay but no more than that. We had noise from the restaurant beside that had live band so it made it a little noisier outside, otherwise experience was satisfactory.

    We went to Jack Astor’s for the ambiance, it was my daughter’s birthday. However, no music and when the waiter brought her cake, no one came along to sing for her like that restaurant usually do. When I asked, the server said all the servers were too tired... so he just brought the cake over to us....

    Excellent service with great staff in general. Except that when I arrived at the front desk, I asked the lady who greeted me a table that was under my name Brenda for 8:30pm reservation which was confimred by email. The lady at the front desk said "I do not have any reservations under your name for 8:30pm. My friend had arrived before me and texted me " I am on the terrace." I thought he was at the Laval Jack Astors. THank God he found me inside cuz i was heading out to Laval and would have missed our dinner together. He flew in from a 44 hour flight and this would have been heart breaking for both of us knowing how tired he was. I hope you train this lady that was at the front desk. And many more since alot of them do have a little attitude when we arrive.

    Took my family out for lunch on Saturday afternoon. We had made reservations, had no problems getting a table, it was pretty empty at 2pm. Got served our drinks right away and didn't have to wait long for our food. Not once did the waiter come by and ask if we wanted a drink refill, they were even empty during the food delivery however our waiter did not drop off the drinks it was another waitress. Other than not getting offered refills the food was okay and the ambiance was good.

    Made a reservation, on open table, and they tried to refuse me when I arrived. They claimed they were booked. They blamed open table for overbooking them...had to ask for a manager. My reservations were at 6:15, the manager said, as long as I was gone by 10, he cold help me... What a joke.....good a quick bit. DO NOT bring a date there...unless you do not want a second date...

    Serveuse nous demande si tout est OK prc elle ne retrouve pas de tips sur la facture , nous lui dison que oui on laisse le tips toujours en argent comptant sur la table ... Ceci étant dit , c'est une une remarque très ordinaire de la part d'une serveuse surtout qu'elle le sait si elle a donné un bon ou un mauvais service .. Tout est parfait jusqu'à ce qu'elle nous dise cela .

    J'étais ravis qu'on me trouve une table pour 9 à la dernière minute, par contre il manquait de rapidité dans le service et la nourriture n'était pas le meilleur atout du restaurant. Pour quelqu'un qui n'aime pas l'épicée, ce restaurant est à éviter. Trop serré et trop bruyant.

    First time at Jack Astor's. Ambiance and staff ok. But food not tasty at all. We were a group of 8 and only 2 of them liked their plates. Won't go back. :(

    Nice fun dinner with my 10 year old girl. Shared a my perfect 11 oz steak and her chicken saute. Not expecting the french cuisine but just a fun evening dinner is great. Meghan was very kind and courteous with my girl and I! Just as expected, fun and lively dinner.

    Accueil chaleureuse ainsi qu'une belle ambiance. Parfait pour une soirée entre amis .Nourriture excellente, ainsi que les desserts. Un petit B-MOL la carte de vins et ce qui est disponible est vraiment trop cher pour rien.

    Everything was fine, except that we both took a poutine with our burgers and it was cold, with very limited amount of sauce. We could not tell the waitress since she never came back during the lunch... Except that, everything was prefect.
