Our mission? Great people helping other great people totally have a blast while enjoying amazing food. Wow, that was a mouthful. But can you blame us? We’re a restaurant. One that specializes in delicious food and great times. Our goal is to make you laugh. And depending on your hot sauce tolerance, cry.

In all seriousness, we take real pride in our food. Try our Cluckin’ Fresh Chicken Fingers, made and seasoned with fresh, never frozen chicken tenders. This isn’t run-of-the-mill pub grub. Our Band of Chefs are influenced by a wide variety of tastes and have travelled across the globe to gain inspiration.

But outside of the kitchen, we find it hard to take ourselves seriously. We have an Elvis booth. For no particular reason. Folks, that really does say it all. We’re sports fanatics, music nuts and love a good joke. If you’re into at least one of those things, we should hang out.

Jack Astors used to be a great spot to meet up with friends and family. Unfortunately the quality of food and the service has taken a dive. The order of Nachos were stone cold and soggy and our mains were also stone cold. I would honestly be surprised if this location will be around in a years time

Valentines Day dinner with my hubby. We had an amazing meal. It was the truffle striploin and it was cooked to perfection. Very impressed. Our server was “Malorie” (?) and she was amazing.

Went there as a family for my sons birthday. Specifically said we celebrating birthday in sub section. He's 9 so he was expecting maybe a happy birthday or singing or something from what I remember of a Jack Astors experience. He wasn't even offered dessert from the kids menu that he was supposed to be offered! Needless to say he was disappointed so went went somewhere else for a birthday dessert

We returned to Jack Astor’s after an absence of a few years and found everything was as it had been before the pandemic! Our waitress was a delight who made us feel so welcome in spite of how busy she was. She took the time to make sure we were happy with our food choices and answered our questions knowledgeably.

We normally love Jack Astor's but last night was not great! Their signature garlic bread was old and we got the last two loaves? Our main dishes we ok and the gravy as definitely off. I generally never complain but must say there is definitely room for improvement here!

Worst Jack Astors experience I’ve had. Terrible service, took forever to get food, and when it finally arrived it was cold. Had to flag someone down to order a second beer - it never arrived so I had no drink at all during the main course. Waitress was around but never checked on us a single time, even when we tried to wave her over, we were apparently invisible. Had a long week, just wanted to relax with a nice night out and a few drinks, nice meal and dessert, but that didn’t happen. Two hours into it and I only had one drink, cold pasta, decided to pass on the rest, left, and went elsewhere for dessert. Just terrible, and clearly other tables where having similar problems. Restaurant was maybe half full, so I really don’t understand what the problem was. Not impressed.

Service and food are always good, and my husband says they have the best chicken fingers in Burlington. The music is way too loud. We’re seniors and can’t hear ourselves think in there.

The restaurant was clean and welcoming. Service was very good. Food was great. The only thing that made my experience less than perfect was the volume of the music...it was beyond too loud. When we asked if it could be turned down, it was made louder. I understand that the music has to be turned up when there is a full house but there were only about 10 people in the restaurant and for that reason I probably will not return to Jack Astor's. I go out to dine to be with my friends and be able to catch up on our lives, you can't do that when you can't be heard.

There were many staff training newbees but it didn't interfere with service. There is a 'new' bowl on the menu Thai Chicken but other than breaded on the chicken it was the same. A lot of rice. Taste was good.

Seated under a speaker playing hip hop at 6.15 , very loudly. Requested a table move or to reduce volume. We literally could not hear ourselves speak. Server claimed it had been turned down and then failed to even acknowledge the issue in further requests. Asked multiple servers who says they’d need to ask a manager. I promise you nobody was at the restaurant to listen to music at 6.15 on a Thursday evening, but it seemed like it was more of a priority than guests Food arrived, has to ask twice for cutlery , ketchup S&P. Being open is insufficient for gratitude, you still need to offer good service.

Excellent customer service. The manager was friendly and came to our table to wish us a happy holidays and provided us with some discounts cards for our next visit. Loved the chat with her and the happy faces we had serving us.
