   Amazing service great food amazing staff. This was for our sons 18th birthday and the service was amazing!!! I can’t say enough about our server and staff that presented the birthday cake.

   Kind of gross to be completely honest. I used to think that for a chain restaurant, it was really good. The food was terrible and the place was dirty. It’s too bad because it used to be great. Our server was really good though.

   We had shaky service from our young must be new server, but the food exceeded my expectations. We had to go find her to be able to get our bills which was a little bit odd but we enjoyed our experience for the most part.

   Washrooms on main level aren’t handicap accessible, going from elevator to top washroom is tough to manoeuvre to washroom. Manager is unprofessional

    Normally I have a great time here. Tonight was not one of those nights. We made a reservation for 615. We were seated at 610. Great. 1/2 hour later we still hadn't seen a server. We flagged one down who said ours would be a minute but he would get us our drinks. Great. Now yes the bar was quite busy but our waitress had been to the 2 tables beside us twice already and not even acknowledged us. We would have been happy had she just said sorry guys running around I'll be right with you. We received our drinks and still waited for our waitress to take our food order. After being there an hour the kind waiter that took our drink order came to see if our waitress had came to our table yet... We said no she has not. So he took our order and took care of the rest of the night. He was fantastic! The food was blah service was not great at all. Not sure if we will return

    Our waiter was great until he got two parties of 10 midway through our meal. If that happens the manager should be aware of it and make sure that other tables are being taken care of.

    The food was very good. The staff was hardworking, upbeat, appropriately attentive. It’s a university town and we went on a Friday night, so the music was a bit loud for our taste, but given that this restaurant is mainly attended by younger people, we understood, smiled, and enjoyed our evening. There were a variety of ages (teens to 60+) at the restaurant and everyone seemed happy!

    I had made a reservation assuming that meant we’d have a good table assigned. Instead the four of us were crammed into a table that seemed meant for 2 in the bar area. I had noted we were 3 adults with a child (10 years) in the reservation. We were sandwiched in between to parties that we’re ordering fishbowl type drinks and having conversations and using language that really wasn’t appropriate for my 10 year old. Our food took forever and our server - who was lively and very apologetic - seemed to also be the bar tender so want able to be attentive. He did come a couple times for the table but I couldn’t hear what he was saying because the music was so loud. I did ask for it to be turned down and he nodded but I don’t think he heard us but he did bring extra napkins instead. We did ask to move but we’re told the upper floor was closed and a large party was coming for the other half of the non bar area. Of our food had arrived in a decent amount of time we would have been gone before they arrived as we were in our way out when that group came in. The food was Luke warm and throwing together. My salad was awful and drenched in so much dressing the lettuce was limp. Not a great experience at all.

    Given how busy they were with graduation celebrations, it was pretty good; service a little slow. Music was a bit loud but they found me a quieter table. Food unremarkable but tasty and very good value.

    as always we had delicious burgers with great fries! unicorn bellini was delicious! very nice server. we arrived early for r reservation but we’re still seated. only negative was the music was a little loud for us but we sat towards the back which made it better.

    Food was great but the service was terrible. 20 mins after sitting down the server finally came to ask us what we wanted to drink then took another 10-15 mins to get the drinks. She then took another 20-25 mins to come back to ask us what we wanted for our meal. By the time we got our meal, we were there for over an hour. Food was amazing though, tasted excellent and it was hot! The service just ruined the overall experience unfortunately.

    We had the experience to dine yesterday and it was far from a success. Last visit we dined upstairs and it was fantastic. LuLu was our server, but needs more training. Lulu took original bill back to complete tip. Bill was 107.26. I gave her two separate papers with gift amount. Never got them back either, but I had copies. Would like a copy of bill for my records. Steak, brushetta fantastic, hot crab not so good. Downstairs too noisy.

    They put us at a high table by the door with two small kids. A booth or upstairs would have been better for a family of 4… she put us there and said sorry we have a lot of reservations but there was still multiple empty booths when we left . Food was okay, not the best. And I found the menu lacking. Personally won’t be going back for a dinner night out.

    Had the Chicken Pad Thai without the heat added....it was delicious. My hubby had it hot and he said it was great. Also had bruschetta as an appetizer it was wonderful. Really enjoyed our dinner.
