Welcome to Jack’s Kingston – where even the Chamber of Commerce thinks we’re awesome! Winner of the 2017 Greater Kingston Chamber of Commerce: Tourism and Hospitality award.

Our mission? Great people helping other great people totally have a blast while enjoying amazing food. Wow, that was a mouthful. But can you blame us? We’re a restaurant. One that specializes in delicious food and great times. Our goal is to make you laugh. And depending on your hot sauce tolerance, cry.

In all seriousness, we take real pride in our food. Try our Cluckin’ Fresh Chicken Fingers, made and seasoned with fresh, never frozen chicken tenders. This isn’t run-of-the-mill pub grub.

But outside of the kitchen, we find it hard to take ourselves seriously. We have an Elvis booth. For no particular reason. Folks, that really does say it all. We’re sports fanatics, music nuts and love a good joke. If you’re into at least one of those things, we should hang out.

Good service. Rooftop was great, looking over market square. Lots of umbrellas for coverage. Nice!

The food was great. The service was very lack luster, I arrived at 4:08pm, the rest of my party arrived at 4:25pm. There was no server that had even made a move to come towards my table. My father in law finally got up at 4:35pmish to go and find someone to put our orders in as we had completely determined what we wanted. I was okay with the food that was provided, but the service was very slow and it wasn’t super busy.

Well we were 4 on the rooftop with an umbrella on a very hot day in August. As we are elder the elevator was great. No waiting and taken to a table immediately, by happy pleasant girls in mini skirts with a flared hem ya no ya just kidding. Near the bar was a mist machine and an occational breeze. I had chicky fingers with rysset fries and a nice fruit drink not too sweet with a strawberry..yum. Table debit rocks and oh music too,not too loud great table service was great. Will go again for sure..oh under $30 Make reservation Gary & Teri Joe & Jean

The Bloody Caesars where week and we ordered bruchetta for 2 and received 5 pieces instead of 6. When asked what fish was in the tacos, the server didn’t know. It would be helpful to add this info to the menu. Food was great!

Food and ambience were great however very understaffed and made no attempt to rectify the situation. When speaking with the manager, I was advised that “I needed to understand that they were working through a situation”. 🤷🏽‍♂️

Paton was an excellent server. We enjoyed our meal very much. We had requested a booth and we were seated in one. We had an outstanding customer service credit from a previous delivery order The server confirmed with manager and found it immediately and generously applied it to our dine in Very happy !

The food is always really good but the service is spotty. I was a waitress for 16 years and I just don't think they train their staff well enough

Was overall unhappy with my meal. For the price you pay I got a plate of cold wings (although delicious) were sided with celery and carrots. The carrots looked as though someone had chewed the sides down and after trying a bite out of curiosity they were so soft and foul tasting. My husband and I quickly realized it was likely they cut all of the brown off of the outside and left the center to serve… like why not just serve the celery. Anyways, bad experience. Waitress was lovely and attentive so I didn’t bother her with it.
