Our mission? Great people helping other great people totally have a blast while enjoying amazing food. Wow, that was a mouthful. But can you blame us? We’re a restaurant. One that specializes in delicious food and great times. Our goal is to make you laugh. And depending on your hot sauce tolerance, cry.

In all seriousness, we take real pride in our food. Try our Cluckin’ Fresh Chicken Fingers, made and seasoned with fresh, never frozen chicken tenders. This isn’t run-of-the-mill pub grub. Our Band of Chefs are influenced by a wide variety of tastes and have travelled across the globe to gain inspiration.

But outside of the kitchen, we find it hard to take ourselves seriously. We have an Elvis booth. For no particular reason. Folks, that really does say it all. We’re sports fanatics, music nuts and love a good joke. If you’re into at least one of those things, we should hang out.

Average quality pub food, overpriced for the quantities in servings. Good drinks selection, but it wouldn't hurt to have more than one non-alcoholic beer selection these days, when more of us are concerned with not driving after even one or two drinks. There's lots of good ones out there. Service was outstanding!

Thru open table, I indicated it was a birthday celebration. There was nothing done by the server to acknowledge the event. Service was slow. At least the food was tasty.

Servers were great, food tasted good as well. Prices have gone way up. I understand inflation but when compared to similar restaurants, the cost is much higher. Also, love a fun environment, but not when the music is so loud you have to yell at everyone.

We arrived at our reserved time. No service or server for 20 minutes. We left and went to Moxie’s instead. Within 2 minutes, they had a server and water on the table. Disappointed with this location.

Always a good time and great food at Jack Astor's. Staff are friendly and attentive and seem to always be having a good time, themselves. An extensive menu of meat free items for anyone so inclined. Good music and a good mix of people from every generation.

It has been a while that we came here but a little bit disappointed this time. What we wanted to order they didn’t have anymore. Can happen, but would have been nice that we were informed when getting the menu instead of when we decided what to get. Long waits - 40 minutes for a salad. Presentation of the food used to be nicer. Waiter and other staff were super friendly so nothing to say about that. Just looked forward to return to Jack Astors but not what expected. Hopefully next time better. Will give it another chance for sure!

Overall everything was really good! The bruschetta was excellent and our server was very attentive for how busy it was. My only complaint is that the Caesar salad wasn’t great. It didn’t taste very fresh and there was very little dressing.

Service was good but the food sucked. Fake gross nacho cheese and the cheese on my cheeseburger was like a worse version of Kraft single. Music was way too loud.

We weren’t given menus untill 30 minutes into us sitting down, we had to ask for a drink menu, drinks took a long time to come out and it was pretty much empty in the restaurant, my food and my wife’s food came out cold…just not a great experience.

Everything was fine except for getting into the restaurant. There was a bunch of confusion as there were many people waiting. Some for takeout, some as a walk in and some had reservations. A little more organization at the host station would make things run smoother. Perhaps 3 separate lines and maybe have the host go outside to keep confusion to a minimum.

Food was great-bit of confusion over chicken fingers with fries plus a side salad. Salad came but no fries. Mentioned it to the server that brought our food, never saw the fries. Gummy bear margarita had a very watered down shot of tequila...I mean I doubt there was a shot of alcohol in that drink. I’d go back-super fast service getting our food and drinks. Kitchen staff just needs to pay attention to the order and owner needs to stop watering down the drinks for more profit.
