Pad Thai was not great, super oily and sticky No water Waiter checked on us once in the 2.5 hours we were there, aside from taking our order and payment. I usually go to the West Island location, never been disatisfied.

J’y suis allé pour la St Valentin. J’ai commandé un verre de vin et 30 minutes plus tard on m’a avisé qu’il n’y en avait plus. J’ai changé de sorte et il est arrivé 15 minutes plus tard après mon repas. Pour le repas il n’y avait plus de pomme de terre et on m’a suggéré la salade. Salade César avec trop de fromage comme si on avait échappé le pot donc je l’ai laissé Pour conclure erreurs sur la facture et on m’a remboursé en argent comptant…

We ordered the chicken buffolo burger, chicken parm and chicken fingers. Everything was good and everything was relatively reasonably priced. The service was a bit slow though, but understandable during this covid time period.

C'est définitivement pas un endroit pour nous. L'endroit est bruyant et il faisait TRÈS FROID !! On était placé à + ou - 5 mètres de la porte qui était brisée et on ressentait le froid. On a finalement demandé de changer de place au cours du repas, mais elle semblait hésiter, alors on est reparti avec notre dessert. Le staff était gelé. La nourriture était correct et le prix exagéré pour ce que c'était. La fille qui nous a servie était gentille sans plus. Je ni retournerai jamais...

The food quality has gone downhill. They changed the menu over the last few years. I was looking forward to their fajita for 2 platter, and it was removed from the menu. Very disappointed with meal choices. We were 5 adults and almost all of us were disappointed with the quality of our food.

There was a miscommunication between reception and waiter so we waited quite some time to be approached by server, the calamari were over cooked and not presentable the steak was not well done when it was asked for Overall Jack astors has lost a lot of its previous awesomeness. It’s more of a hole in the wall dining experience

The overall experience was good. Our waitress Ari was great. The hostess' at the front seemed lost and weren't very people orientated. I called to move my reservation to 3 and they said they didn't have my reservation but could accommodate us. When we showed up they were confused and asked if we would be gone by 830pm. It was 3 in the afternoon...

An overall bad experience. We were 8 persons with 2 who just turned 18 and we were excited to drink with them. We were seated very poorly at the second floor, a corner table. Though the floor was empty the waiter refused to pull together 2 tables so we can sit at the balcony at least to feel we are not being tossed away on the second floor. Tables around us were empty except for the staff who were taking their breaks. On top of it all we said we will enjoy no matter what but the service was extremely slow and the waitress made us feel she is obliged to be friendly with us or serve us! The food was just ok. The drinks, we just had one sangria pitcher but with the slow service and bad environment we ended up not ordering more, all we wanted is to finish eating and leave so we can save our night somewhere else at least. First time and last time. Would not recommend.
