Server got our order wring with several items. Extra food came out that we didnt order and items we ordered never came. Server was lovely but was overwhelmed. We had to check the bill and have items removed that we never ordered or ate

The service was great, and it is family friendly. However, the food was not great comparing to my visit two years ago, while the price raised up a lot more. If they could improve their food quality, I would consider to try again.

Overall the visit was unexpected. During our conversation a fight broke out in the bar near us. Never experienced this before and apparently this happens often these days. Advice for Jacks management, you need to hire security and/or bouncers to protect the staff and customers.

We had dinner reservations for 2 on a Friday and upon arrival we were seated immediately. Our server Jax was very good. We were disappointed to find some of our favourite menu items have been deleted. The coffee was terrible. Overall it was an average meal.

Probably worst dining experience at a chain restaurant. My first time at RH location. The music was way too loud and despite being 5 people in the group we couldn’t hear each other. We had to leave right after dinner to catch up somewhere else. Ordered the mexican chicken bowl which was 90% jasmine rice for $22.

Went on a Thursday night. Very busy and noisy. The waiter was extremely busy. Took a long time to just bring us water. And he even forgot our drinks. Didn’t find too much choices in terms of food selection. Probably won’t go back for while.

The food was good and there was quite a variety of beer choices on tap. Our waitress was attentive and checked on us quite a bit. We came to watch the Maple Leafs game and it was a fun atmosphere. If you want to enjoy a meal with some friends and don’t mind the loud background noise, this is a great place to be.

Booked on Open Table and never recorded by Jack Astors when I arrived. My party was my wife and our 2 granddaughters 6 and 9. Ordered for all, my meal didn’t arrive. I was asked if there is anything else they can get me…yeah how about my dinner? Got some story that another waitress took it for their table. Usually doesn’t happen when my wife and I ordered the same thing. Then waited until they brought our granddaughter her drink. Then waited an abnormal amount of time for the kids desserts. Then it was time to pay and I presented a $50 Visa gift card that a friend had given to my wife as a birthday present. Waiter came back and said they they were taking $5 of the gift card as a processing fee. Would only credit $45. At that point we just wanted to get out of there, never to return. Service is the worst, no one should be going to this rip off of an establishment.

The food as usual was excellent...but our server was pretty bad. She had to come back to confirm our order. We had to hunt her down for utensils. Our coffee was cold and we couldn't find her to complain. She asked my friend if she would like a Brownie for her birthday, instead of surprising her as I had requested.

I'm sure this is not unique, but service was nothing special. Food was delivered with no cutlery or napkins, so we had to wait around for it while our food was in front of us. Server couldn't have cared less about us or her job, so it definitely effected our experience. Food was good.

First time dining at Jack Astor’s since the Pandemic. Although our server was fantastic the food was just ok - the chips that came with the Lobster and Crab dip was stale. And the chicken bow tie pasta was too salty.

Ordered a Jacked up beer (22oz) got a regular pint instead. Server rectified the issue. Ordered the Angry Jack Burger. Was lacking flavour. Very dry. Had to add ketchup on it. Requested a booth but got sat at the Bar Area (small booth). ordered 2 Burger meals and 2 drinks. With Tip and Tax came out to 80$. Will be awhile before I come back. Had an ok experience but totally not worth the money you spend for the food provided.

Server was friendly but once food was brought he did not come back. No condiments(salt and pepper/ketchup etc) extra Mayo and gravy was ordered and never came. My daughters burger bun was soggy and she could not eat it.

My dad and I waited for 15-20 minutes and no one came to our table to greet us. We got up and left. Not a good service record for Fathers Day. Plus the restaurant wasn’t even full.

Waitresses were attentive and quick to connect with my party to take drink orders when they entered the restaurant. This was our first corporate event since WFH and COVID, and it went superbly well. We will be hosting another summer event at Jack’s!

Came to have a lunch with friends. It was not too busy and we got our table right away. We got our food fast and the service was good. We wanted to try some extra sauces for our wings and our server was very informative and accommodating. I think she said it was her third day and she’s doing great - forgot her name though! You get what you expect with jack astors !
