Our mission? Great people helping other great people totally have a blast while enjoying amazing food. Wow, that was a mouthful. But can you blame us? We’re a restaurant. One that specializes in delicious food and great times. Our goal is to make you laugh. And depending on your hot sauce tolerance, cry.

In all seriousness, we take real pride in our food. Try our Cluckin’ Fresh Chicken Fingers, made and seasoned with fresh, never frozen chicken tenders. This isn’t run-of-the-mill pub grub. Our Band of Chefs are influenced by a wide variety of tastes and have travelled across the globe to gain inspiration.

But outside of the kitchen, we find it hard to take ourselves seriously. We have an Elvis booth. For no particular reason. Folks, that really does say it all. We’re sports fanatics, music nuts and love a good joke. If you’re into at least one of those things, we should hang out.

Good place for work dinners as its close to the mall- walking distance. It's fairly loud and dimly lit inside, may not everyone's preference, but the food affordability makes up for it.

To start, before we even arrived the restaurant sent three texts saying that the table was ready beginning 14 minutes before our reservation. Once seated they took nearly 20 minutes just to take our drink order. Once the food arrived it took about 10 minutes for anyone to check if everything was ok so we could ask for condiments and refills on drinks. I won't go back simply due to the noise level and lack of care from the servers. There was a large party leaving just after we arrived and it took about an hour for anyone to come and clear the plates and mess from beside us. All the servers seemed unhappy to be there. Very disappointing.

We went shopping at square one and decided to stop by for a quick bite after a long day. We had the pleasure of being served by Richard and he was absolutely amazing! Kind, attentive to our specific orders, checked in regularly, and entertained our table with funny jokes. The drinks were so yummy and refreshing, the food was hot and flavourful. Overall a great evening dining at Jacks

The service was extremely slow. We had to wait 10 mins for our drinks and a veeeeery long time for our food. We asked for one more drink and it took about the same time. There was not cutlery on the table and had to wait a while after asking to get them while the food was getting cold. The server kept forgetting what we asked for. Very bad experience overall.

Great place for having dinner and chatting with friends. Not a place to really have a serious meeting as it was really loud. But nonetheless, we still had a nice time there. Food was good but they could try to put some vegetables in their pasta dishes as it’s not much nutrition from just pasta and cream sauces.

The Server was good and so too were the other servers who celebrated the birthday part with us. My issue was the food was not upto par, Especially with the prices paid today. Nachos felt like they had cheese whiz on them, the pop was flat, (beer was ok though), my wifes meal (mexican bowl) was not tasty as in the past, the kids felt the pizza also wasn't as good as usual. So overall, when you look at the cost of the bill, it was not a great experience. I also had an upset stomach after, I think it may have been the nachos.

Our service was, unfortunately, very poor last night! He came to the table once on his own and had to be prompted to return when we wanted to order and when we wanted the bill. Once we received the food the fries were stale and the burger was over cooked. Not the best experience!

Our server Nina was amazing! She was very attentive, friendly and polite. Service was was exceptional. Just a group of close friends of over 30 years enjoying lunch and Nina made it that much more pleasant. Thank you!

Pathetic service and worst experience ever. They run out of glass to serve drinks. my daughter almost choked while eating. I had to rush to my car to get watter bottles. The waittress was nowhere to be found and whenever she showed up she said "I'm so sorry" but did nothing to help. will not go ever again.

Ordered the fish tacos and they were fantastic! Highly recommend. The passion strawberry sofa was so refreshing. We had a great time. The only thing was that the music got REALLY loud by 8:30pm. We were caught off guard but how loud it was, had to yell to have a conversation. It was a bit much. But it was a Friday night and really busy so I get it. Ambience was great, servers were upbeat and friendly. Had a really good time. Lots of your new menu items sounded worth trying!

Hi we have been regulars at this Jack Astor‘s for years and have always received such amazing food and service. This Mother’s Day was honestly a little bit disappointing. Understanding it was busy we had to send our food back several times as it was cold, we were missing items, our server was nowhere to be found several times and our requests for missing items and drinks were not brought to the table in a good time frame. My mom’s food was cold and then the wrong item was brought back and just overall we didn’t really enjoy the experience.

Unfortunately some of the food was not prepared as described in the menus. The Buffalo chicken sandwich had no Buffalo sauce or blue cheese. Also, $24 for a Cobb salad with lukewarm chicken and bacon is way to expensive. We also wanted some espresso or cappuccino after dinner but the restaurant does not make any.
