Awesome Time. First time on new menu. All was perfect

Very good service and the food was great. Good variety on the menu.

We had an amazing waitress, sadly I didn’t retain her name...articulate, engaging, efficient.... glasses, dark hair in a bun, 20’s, slight frame, attractive (incase management reads these reviews). She read our table perfectly, giving us just the right amount of attention. Food was very good, I had Mexican salad and would get it again. Accolades to the unnamed waitress though for making our night enjoyable and not rushing us.

My wife and I enjoyed a good meal in a quiet setting to our enjoyment will go back for sure

My friends and I found Jackastor's to be comfortable, love the prices. Service was a little slow for the amount of persons in the restaurant but very friendly. Kelly was our server and was quite informative of the non alcoholic drinks as we were driving. The V. Sassafraz were so good. There were 5 of us and we were accommodated by individual cheques as we requested. It was really good experience. We will let our fellow Personal Support Workers know Jackastor's is the best place to go for a time out.

Food was amazing, service was great

The waitress did not take care of us she was trying to finish her shift and was more busy trying to clean her section. Ordered 2 steaks and a salmon asked for med fare received 1 rare and 1 well done and the salmon was dry. Very disappointed

Disappointed in the Fish and Chips. Server was nice. She may require additional experience. Did not once offer to refill water glass. Atmosphere was nice, and clean. The signs , I thought were brilliant.

Booked a table with a request for a booth away from the kitchen. NOT available. Service was clueless. Fancy order iPad like system is a joke. Disgusting food came out one order at a time. Took almost ten minutes from the first to the last of us to be served. Lots of people with headsets with zero communication with customers. We were not offered refills. $135 dinner tab. Won’t go again!

The complaint we have is the coffee was way too expensive and wasn’t good at all!! The rest was all good

It was great for a quick meal.

We asked for a booth when I made a reservation and they said yes. When we got there, there were plenty of booths but told us we couldn't habe one.

The food left something to be desired. Service was cordial. The place isnt what it used to be a few years ago.

Becca was our server- she was very fast, helpful and attentive to our needs.

Booth tables are not comfortable. not enough room and squished between table and bench and we are not large people Food was ok but not as hot as it could have been

Our first visit to Jack Asror’s In any city. The Stony Creek location was a block from our hotel. Our server was fantastic and our dinner salads - exceptional. Will try your Kingston location next.

Four out of six people really enjoyed their meals. One found the salmon wasn't great and didn't enjoy their meal. The other, while enjoying the crispy chicken Thai bowl, found over time that the sticky sweet Thai sauce was a little overwhelming and would have preferred the meal not to be drenched in it. Tasty, but a bit too much of it. Dousing the meal with soy sauce periodically helped cut through the super sweet dish.

One person had the sirloin steak and thoroughly enjoyed it. Another had the chicken parm and said it was very tasty. The fish portion in the fish and chips was immense. And the burger and fries was really good.

The food was good service was good. Only recommendation is more attention to the cleanliness of the ladies washroom

The service was excellent, the food was tasty and arrived at the table in 10-15 minutes. We will be returning.

We came for a baby shower, overall everything was great, food, service, etc. My only complaint was it was a baby shower and plus 25 and humid out, so a warning that no shade (umbrellas) on the patio would have been nice when booked, so we could have swapped to inside. The straight on sun was a bit much for the moms to be.

Waitress seemed preoccupied with everyone but us.

The food was good and the service was quick. Putting Paper on the table for my little Grandson to draw on is always a good idea.
Our server was very efficient and personable so all in all it was a good experience.

Thoroughly pleased! Our waitress Brie was extremely friendly and was very patient when we asked her to take our picture. Food came quickly to the table and tasted amazing! Thank you for the amazing valentine’s day dinner xo

Server was great. Place is nice. Fun atmosphere. Meal was bland. Expected better food from a place like that. 150 bucks and food was sub par.

A Christmas work function. Good time was had by all. Good food, drink and atmosphere!

Our server, Kristen, was run off her feet. She had requested refills for our drinks 3 times before having to run to get them herself. She did her best considering how busy she was. Our food was brought out quickly, however, and was tasty.

Food was great besides the poutine (cold and dry) but overall amazing forsure coming back

Went there for a birthday dinner with a few friends and the server right from the minute she came over was horrible to us. So rude and when we informed her of the birthday she rolled her eyes and said that the birthdau girl would recieve a brownie. Food was good though! When the brownie came waitress did not even say happy birthday just passed it and walked away. We thought they did’nt sing but two minutes later saw her happily singing to someone else. Great food and typically good resturant, this waitress ruined the otherwise great night!

The prices are very high.I ordered cheeseburger and salad,$15.35 plus tax, I sent my salad back it had some old brown lettuce. My wifes pasta dish paitia with chicken . I tried it and it had a couple of chicken with grissol, for the price I would not go back. It was not that good. No beef tenderloin on the menu like the keg for $22.00. Good servive from the waitress

Enjoyed our lunch with friends. The food was enjoyed by all. The waitress was having a bit of a bad day so we helped her out to make things run smoothly.

Was a little disappointed with there nachos and my husband was disappointed with the curry bowl our friend ordered

Waitress was very prompt. Went home early but tagged us with the replacement.
