Our mission? Great people helping other great people totally have a blast while enjoying amazing food. Wow, that was a mouthful. But can you blame us? We’re a restaurant. One that specializes in delicious food and great times. Our goal is to make you laugh. And depending on your hot sauce tolerance, cry.

In all seriousness, we take real pride in our food. Try our Cluckin’ Fresh Chicken Fingers, made and seasoned with fresh, never frozen chicken tenders. This isn’t run-of-the-mill pub grub. Our Band of Chefs are influenced by a wide variety of tastes and have travelled across the globe to gain inspiration.

But outside of the kitchen, we find it hard to take ourselves seriously. We have an Elvis booth. For no particular reason. Folks, that really does say it all. We’re sports fanatics, music nuts and love a good joke. If you’re into at least one of those things, we should hang out.

The server was very friendly. We had dinner at the patio and it was pretty warm due to the heat. One thing i want to mention, i wish there are more menu options. I liked their tuna,avocado and mango salad but i dont see it now.

The server was completely useless, she just bring the food and the drinks and never came back, we were looking for to drink more and take some deserts, but she never came back to ask if everything was good. Nice place worst service 🤮

The quality of food and service at this location dropped drastically. Our server barely made eye contact with us when she introduced herself - it was not that busy fyi. We ordered everything right away because we had more than enough time to choose our drinks, apps, and main. Some of their food wasn't available, and weirdly they didn't have the same menu as other locations (Kingston location had more selection of food and drinks, I don't even know how a small town location could offer more than a much more "desired" location in Toronto) Our food arrived before our drinks. We had to ask another server and ask for a glass of water - it was hot out and we needed some type of drink to go with the food. Music was extremely loud, so loud that we had to shout across the table. Tables were dirty. Dishes were dirty. Washrooms were dirty. The fire alarm went off in the building but no one advised us to get up and leave the patio and wait for instructions or anything like that. About 20 mins later our server came by and said our food was going to take another 5 minutes and we said no problem at all. Right after that, a manager came by our table (seemed like she only approached us) and in a not so friendly way said "well your food is going to take a little bit longer because we had our staff removed from the kitchen because of the fire alarm and for their safety they had to leave" which obviously is understandable and no one complained about that, that's why it confused me why she came to talk to us only. That and the fact that apparently management only asked their staff to leave but not their customers (at least not the ones that were in the patio). Overall, I do not recommend this place. Whatever you think you're going to enjoy at this location, you're not.

Great Food and Service. A Venue with tons of TV Monitors that (Upon request) can allow you to follow your favourite sport and Team. An awesome 4th floor Patio that overhangs the busy Yonge-Dundas intersection and provides a perfect vantage point for live concerts @ Y-D Square.

Service was awful. Took us 3 times asking for our waters. Also, took a while for our glasses of wine. My friend's pasta came out cold and a lot smaller portions than what it used to be. I use to love going to this location but, it has gone down hill.

The only reason why people go there is for their patio, which is nice if you happen to sit right beside the glass fencing. In any other case, its just same as everywhere.

We were incredibly disappointed with the service we received. we waited 20 minutes before our server offered us drinks, and she was only waiting on 3 tables and the section we satin was pretty empty. We noticed her talking to the bar tender frequently and we had to get another server to get her attention. She didn’t really check on us much and it was overall very disappointing.

I booked through OpenTable with a specific request for a booth. I did not get a booth. Why have a special request option if it cannot be honored. I took my disabled grandfather out for a nice dinner and ended up at a small table. We enjoyed our meal regardless. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. 5⭐ for service. 5⭐ for food, if only my special request was honored it would have been 5⭐ all around.

The first time we went to Jack Astor’s at Dundas location… a very crazy busy night. The food is an amazing and very reasonable price, Mild chicken wings are so good, especially the CHOCOLATE MALTED BROWNIES … To Die For … the only issue was our server did not introduce himself so no idea who going to order. But we're planning to go back again.

Always a good time at Jack Astors and this location is amazing of course. We had tickets to see a show and our server made sure everything was quick so we could make it to the show with plenty of time to spare. The food is also delicious

Great location (Adjacent to the Eaton Centre) & is the perfect spot for relaxing after that harrowing shopping spree. The 4th floor Patio (Overhangs Dundas) & provides awesome views. Great food & service, will keep us coming back.

I was purposely put at a dark table close to the kitchen and easier for the server. And the first table they tried to sit us at was directly under a large TV screen that no one would have enjoyed sitting under. This table was also close to the kitchen and easier for the server. While we were eating, there were better tables, brightly lit, with leather benches, that sat empty. WHY? They were farther from the kitchen.

Seen the waitress twice. Didnt bring extra sour cream we asked for. Seen the waitress only twice. She had way too many tables. I made reservation as we in town for special occasion. Asked for booth specifically in reservation. They seated us by the front door of restaurant where people wait to get in and constantly going in and out asking how long the wait is. It was a table the size of a large pizza pan. High top table with two uncomfortable chairs. We had backpacks luggage and shopping bags but nowhere to put it. Food came, asked for extra sourcream but never seen server again. While we ate we had the people waiting and coming in and out staring… so yeah this was terrible. Crappiest of our meals in Toronto before we had to flyout and it was supposed to be best one to end our trip. Disappointed and waste of $60 for two. A real bummer.
