Our mission? Great people helping other great people totally have a blast while enjoying amazing food. Wow, that was a mouthful. But can you blame us? We’re a restaurant. One that specializes in delicious food and great times. Our goal is to make you laugh. And depending on your hot sauce tolerance, cry.

In all seriousness, we take real pride in our food. Try our Cluckin’ Fresh Chicken Fingers, made and seasoned with fresh, never frozen chicken tenders. This isn’t run-of-the-mill pub grub. Our Band of Chefs are influenced by a wide variety of tastes and have travelled across the globe to gain inspiration.

But outside of the kitchen, we find it hard to take ourselves seriously. We have an Elvis booth. For no particular reason. Folks, that really does say it all. We’re sports fanatics, music nuts and love a good joke. If you’re into at least one of those things, we should hang out.

I was charged for a side guacamole that I did. It get after asking the server if everything was correct as I didn’t have my reading glasses but they did offer to fix it after I paid my bill when I noticed. Too noisy you need to tell to be heard at your own table

Nice to be out together again. Sauced and tossed chicken fingers were a bit dry but the server brought us more sauce without question. I love jacks. That will never change. Although thank goodness they got rid of the honey ginger sauce and brought back good old fashioned honey garlic. 💜 we had to make a change to our reservation and they were great to do so.

Honestly all things considering, it was a great experience. They’ve implemented guidelines to make patrons feel more comfortable with their dining experience. Service is a little slower than usual, but completely understandable as the serving staff are the ones doing it all. They are making the drinks, bringing them to you, putting through the order, running the food etc. Staff is super friendly and in good spirits, which makes you feel more comfortable. Our server was great, super attentive, they’ve implemented a red card/green card system. When you need service you flip the card to green, and when you’re all good you leave the card on red. Amazing idea so that the sever can stay on top of their sections and aren’t running around like a chicken with their head cut off. I’ve been to a couple of patios since the opening of phase 2 and I would say that it definitely exceeded the standards.

As we entered we already had issues with finding the right table. Every table that was offered didn’t satisfy our needs. We were waiting for a proper table for about 30 minutes. Staff wasn’t cooperating. Then we got seated and browsed through the menu to find out that the order we were going to place had a wait time for about 45 minutes. Which limited me to the options of ordered. Overall it was not the best experience I had. Not very satisfied.

We came to Jack Astor’s for my son’s birthday as we have always in the past few years. Service was slow even though the place was empty. Once we received our food, it was mediocre. When it came time for dessert my son was handed the brownie with the sparkler & was wished a lazy happy birthday from the waitress & she just walked away. A big contrast from what we were used to at Jack Astor’s where the staff would gather & sing a Happy Birthday song to make the birthday boy/girl feel special. Very disappointed. My kids will be spending their birthdays somewhere else now. Will not be back.

Had an OK experience at Jack Astor’s for my wife’s birthday. Food and service were good. We came especially for the fajitas and were disappointed to find they have been removed from the menu. Unfortunately we were a party of 6 and were placed in a busy path in the restaurant, my wife’s chair kept being bumped while servers walked by. Noise level was very high on this visit making conversation difficult. We’ve been going to this Jack Astor’s for a while and had many enjoyable family meals, we’ll come again.

Upon arrival , we were greeted and seated quickly. We are customers of this location for 15years. The food is good atmosphere is good also. Menu needs tweaking. Pizza would be a great menu dish. Pasta dishes should offer different types of sauces like tomato and meat besides cream sauces. Otherwise a great time.

It took forever for our order to be taken .. and to be brought to us .. i asked for a refill of a drink and never got it Was there for a friends birthday and it was overall disappointing .. my chicken wings were gross and cold

This was the worst experience we have had at this chain of restaurants. We did not even get served and left after 20mins of waiting at our table while all our waitress did was drop water on our table and walked away. Passing us multiple times without even acknowledging us beyond the water. We had to get to our movie and in order for us to get something to eat and make it to the movie we left and grabbed something to eat at the theatre. Which is not what we wanted to do because we wanted a proper dinner. Not some fast food crap. The place was packed, we were ignored while we tried to complain to the manager, but that took an extra 5 mins and we just gave up. We will NEVER EVER go back to this restaurant. There are many other choices in the immediate vicinity. We will be eating elsewhere from now on.

Went before a movie. Good atmosphere and the servers where friendly and attentive. Portions are good. Prices at the higher end for the quality. Comparing to the Keg for steak (which I had) I would pay slightly more at the Keg to get the quality.

I go to this place sometimes to time, but will stop. Service was terrible, the server was not collecting used glass or dishes, they were forgetting the orders They were serving dishes for the other side of big table to other side and asking us to pass!! Quality of food very bad ...
