   Calamari was way more rubbery than calamari should be. Friday Chicken sandwich was over cooked and the chicken was very dry (hard to do with fried chicken). Flatbreads were good Order 3 Naan Clubs with Landing Salad for take out to bring to family at the house and all three were brutal. Paid extra for landing salad for all 3 and they were rather pathetic. 1 grape, 2 pieces of cheese each and 3 sunflower seeds each. This salad is normally really good in the restaurant. Will NEVER order take out from here again. Used to be one of my favourite go to places but 2 of the last 3 experiences have been subpar with this one being BRUTAL. I guess it's time to move on to someplace new.

   We ordered bbq wings and nachos. The wings seemed dry. The nachos were just ok and the reason I say this is because I can make better, tastier nachos at home.

    I’ve been to most of the Landing restaurants, and this is the worst one I’ve been to. My family and I were very disappointed with our experience today, especially on Mother’s Day. We came in shortly after 4pm so it wasn’t even busy at that time. From the the start, the hostess wanted to sit us at a high table with our 20 month old. Meanwhile my reservation requested a table with a high chair. She did seat us at lower table as I mentioned the high table won’t work for us. Our server was nice verbally to us but her body language wasn’t. However, she kept forgetting about my daughter. I had to remind her to bring her a drink, a snack plate and the dessert - on three occasions. I observed other servers, and they were pretty responsive to other guests with small children. Whenever she came to our table it was like a hassle. Overall, the service was poor in my experience. In addition, the food is below average. The meat for the kids menu and salad was burnt. Also, the salads have shrunk in size and quality. It’s upsetting when you have a nice day and then finish off the day with an experience like this. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

    Celebrated Mother's day with my partner's family with dinner. We arrived at 4pm and got a nice big corner table and were greatly hosted by Zoe, our server. Some of us went with pre-fixe menu which was way more than we could handle but it was a decent price for the value. Once finished, we got to stand in front of Mother's day set up and got nice family polaroid picture. Overall great experience and will come back for brunch and bottomless mimosas.

    We had two managers come to our table at different times asking if there was anything they could do to make our experience better, one even went to get us sugar for our coffee! They took a Polaroid of us for Mother’s Day and gave it to us to take home. We had a great time.

    We waited so long for the apps, which didn’t all come out together. Then forever for the main course to come. We had preordered desert however when our server cleared our plates from the main course, she didn’t put through the dessert order until we asked about it. At no time did she ever apologize for the slow service or provide any indication of how long we had to wait. Food tasted great but the service ruined our overall experience. Would go back again and hope for better service but if it happens a second time, will not go back.

    Staff were great, extremely friendly and welcoming. Food tasted wonderful, looked good too. Restaurant is lovely, and the large windows were open which was nice. Only criticism, if that, food took a long time from order to table.

    It was great, staff was lovely , food delicious but a bit noisy from being so close to New St with the doors all open but we choose to sit by a window so that is on us. The sun was a bit bright as it set hard on the eyes !

    Sat on the patio rooftop. Very pleasant but a tad noisy as are most patios. Food and service were excellent. Margarita pizza was outstanding.

    Our server (and her trainee) were outstanding!!!!! I am sorry I can't remember her name... long blond hair, petite with black glasses from St Mary's, a Mama. She was incredibly diligent, friendly and quick to watch for drinks. A great employee for sure!!!

    Delicious food choices and excellent service. Our waitress was wonderful. Enjoyed catching up with an old friend over the Salmon Eggs Benedict. We also had the scones - must have! I will definitely visit again.

    We loved the atmosphere and our server was very nice but my friend's risotto was undercooked (rice was crunchy) and my husband ordered gluten free pasta only to get non gluten free pasta that was not even warm. Luckily our server noticed the pasta was not the gluten free kind and it was corrected. However it resulted in my husband eating much later than us as he had to wait about 10-15 minutes for his meal to arrive. He is gluten intolerant and had our server not noticed the error, he would be very unhappy later !! At any rate, we usually have excellent meals there but unfortunately did not meet expectations this time.... Attention to detail particularly when it comes to dietary restrictions, I would hope would be taken more seriously....

    i've eaten at Harpers Landing before the pandemic, and really enjoyed it. This was very underwhelming, and the food was typical chain food. For the price I paid I don't think I'll be going back. Nothing wrong with it. I just did not see the value.

    Food was disappointing. We ordered the landing carbonara, chicken with nachos, and calamari. Everything was pretty disappointing to be honest, none of them meg expectations. Nachos only had cheese and chicken on one small section and the carbonara was average and the runny egg was over cooked so it wasn’t runny. We had a great server, Zoe, who provided great service tonight. Overall we will not be returning based on price of food compared to what we actually received.
