   I took my wife here for her birthday. It was honestly one of the best restaurant experiences I've ever had. I got the meatloaf and I honestly could not think of a single thing that could've improved the meal. It was perfect.

   My wife's egg burrito (?) had warm eggs on the outside, but cold contents. My crab cake salad is what dreams are made of. Server Greg was essentially perfect - he simply could not have done any better. We love your place.

   Pros: This was a fun location and our server was delightful. We were a party of 6 for brunch. The menu was a nice size with several flavorful options. The food was delicious and no one left hungry. Cons: Some of the food wasn't very hot and a few of us had very salty food. Would definitely come again!

    We love Jams and the food doesn’t disappoint. It was pretty busy with Berkshire in town but we got right in with our reservation. The only drawback was how loud it was.

    We got seated easily and our waiter seemed attentive. We ordered everything right away in order to make a show at the Orpheum. I ordered the Mac & cheese with brisket and when it arrived it was cold- waiter did not check back on us and had to flag him for the bill. My daughter had the crab cake burger and it was good.

    Our waitress didn’t come for quite a while, so I flagged another server down. I wish I had her name. She was very willing to take our order and was very attentive to us throughout our visit.

    We all had entrees from the specials list which were very good, especially the catfish. There were no prices listed on the specials menu. We were stunned when we got our bill and one of the entrees was $50! Significantly more than any other item on the menu. Had we known it was that expensive we would not have ordered it.

    This is the first time going to downtown Jam's. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. The food was super flavorful and the specials are fun and unique. I rarely would order the same thing twice but I would order what I had last night, but darn, it was a special--ravioli with braised beef. My husband loved his meatloaf. My daughter was very happy with her bucatini. Will definitely returned. The gentlemen who took care of us was very kind and enjoyable. Thank you

    The Old Market location is gorgeous inside! It’s got an awesome vibe and great mix of clientele. The food was beyond delicious and even though it was VERY busy our server was great about checking on us and our food came out quickly

    We had an amazing experience and quality time for a date. Quality goods and foods!!! Even better with their smiley employees felt like midas touch treatment. They have got absolutely friendly staff, quality well served. Whatever we paid was worth every dime !!! Politely; suggestion would be that hopefully you guys add peach margarita to your drinks/cocktail menu, + and bring back the original crème boule. We will definitely come back!     I've been steered wrong for several restaurants but I finally tried Jams against my better intentions from other recommendations but this was great. The steak and the steak salad were great as were the fried ravioli. A little pricey especially because we didn't have cocktails but I'll be back.

    Having a reservation and we were seated at a tall top table when there were booths. The waiter was there right away and we just didn’t want to complain, many people were waiting. It was probably our mistake. They should ask if a table top is sufficient. All else was good.

    Very good service. We had reservation, seated early. We were going to be next to very large group of volleyball club. They happily reseated us in a quieter area. I have consistently had good food and service at this Jams over the years.
