Monday to Friday: 11:45am - 11:00pm;
Saturday: 5:00pm - 11:00pm
Service was very attentive and our meals arrived hot and well prepared. As a couple sitting in close proximity to a large/load group made conversation a little more difficult.
Nice place for a happy hour drink and hors d’oeurves, but dinner meals were average at best.
Jump has long been a favourite restaurant of mine for consistent good service and delicious food in an upscale environment.
Corporate, business crowd
As always - Jump did not disappoint. Great food, great service, great location.
Really enjoyed Jump. Lovely food and super service. A great experience.
Stellar service, excellent quality steak. Wine selection is top notch but be prepared to pay $$. Steak & lobster Saturday special was a little bit disappointing (lobster is the size of a shrimp) but the 8oz tenderloin (regular menu) was killer, cooked to perfection! Cocktails (special bourbon sour and plum gin sour) are the BEST I’ve EVER had. Two thumbs waaaay up!!!!!
My wife and I chose Jump for our anniversary dinner before a show. The restaurant was virtually empty as we arrived just after 5 pm.
We were sat in the middle of the empty restaurant, which is fine. However, the hostess was adamant to sit people right beside us (less than a foot away). This was unnecessary as the restaurant was empty.
The frist couple asked not to be seated there. The second couple was hesitant, we didn't want to be rude.
This ruined our conversation and dinner.
Never going back.
Catfish and Tuna are delicious
Excellent dinner and lots of it ! Lobster salad outstanding. Perfect rack of lamb and then a yummy choc dessert. Great service from Kate and the Jump team.
Food was excellent. The service was great. It’s a bit loud, so discussion among large group is difficult. However a 1:1 or smal group discussion would be fine.
We booked here because we were intererested in their Mushroom Week menu. The restaurant is very stylish design wise and the service was very friendly, attentive and efficient, nothing bad to say about that at all. The food was just ok. Not terrible but just not “wow”. The restaurant looks like it has a great whisky selection and I think I would go back to check that out, but with so many other good restaurants in town, I would be hard to put it back on the list of places to go back to right away.
A delicious meal and great service at this Toronto classic. Menu is very American in style We had the tenderloin and lobster tail and large pork chop. Both came with fries and veggies. The lobster tail was a half lobster tail. All food was cooked perfectly. The restaurant is a bit more casual than I had hoped. Not as fine dining as their sister restaurant Canoe.
Dinner before the Maple Leaf game.
Great timing on the meal, drinks etc.
And parking voucher for the event included.
Amazing service & absolutely delicious food and drinks!
This was a good experience - we were looking for a downtown location that would take a group over 8. The menu had variety - something for everyone! The steak was excellent - perfectly cooked. I liked that we could hear everyone at our table. Sometimes you get into these places and it is very noisy.
We were off to the hockey game ...short walk ...good food and we could still carry on a conversation
Great service...Nice spot
The food is delicious and the staff are great at being attentive without being disruptive. Perfect for business meetings.
Everything was nice except the table area we were seated in near the bar had the tables so close together that anyone trying to get in or out of the area bumped into the adjoining tables.
Such a fun evening at Jump. Super food, great service - love the vibe.
Very accommodating for Vegetarian options (when not specifically on the menu).
The staff went way out of their way to make us feel welcome and helped us celebrate our anniversary!
Kate served us and is very friendly and warm! The manager brought us a special dessert and presented us with a card wishing us a happy anniversary with a gift card enclosed! We will probably go back for our 50 th anniversary!
An outstanding evening. Our guest and we had a brilliant time. Wonderful staff, fabulous food, great ambience.
It was a fine experience, but not what we wanted after a long day of travel.
We have been to Jump several times and usually had a good meal. This time however one meal was good, one was over cooked and served warm and the other looked great but was overly sweet in the long run.
Jump is awesome. All good today, even after my steak frites was dropped into my lap. We all just had to laugh. Staff are cool.
Another great experience before the Leaf game.
I had the grilled chops, she had the roast chicken. Service as always was excellent, the food was cooked perfectly.
The only suggestion I would make is that some of the portions may actually be too large when they have to be.
Look forward to returning soon.
We had great service! Not too many interruptions just enough checking in, delicious food! Would totally go back!
Lovely dining experience. Service was great, food was amazing. We had a great time.
Our waitress never smiled and seemed put off that I asked for water with no ice. I had the butternut squash soup which was incredibly salty. My ravioli was ok...nothing special. My client had suggested the place and her salmon looked great and she liked it and that's all that mattered.
Excellent evening at Jump. Great service from Jenna and delicious food. The lobster salad is brilliant and the mains were from a special tomatoe based menu for that week - amazing fish with mild curry sauce. Soooo tasty.
Glad to report that on this occasion the food was as good as it normally was. The service was very good as has always been the case. We were seated in a quieter area as requested too.
Seared tuna was dry, had clearly been cooked long before my meal. Food was disappointing. Service was good.
Always a great spot and delicious food especially the lobster salad
I enjoyed my meal but it was a small portion. I also found the wine prices a bit high
Pretty good but there is better service, ambience and food quality on Sat evenings.
Excellent selection of wines including Canadian and international
Food and service was excellent. Enjoyed our anniversary dinner.
We were seated fairly promptly. At the time there was only a large table of 10 and no one else. All the wait staff was giving their full attention to this table. The host had to ask us about our water & drinks. He brought a rosé out instead of the sparkling brut rosé that was ordered. This was fixed though. Our waiter finally came over without introduction & said he’d be over in just a min to take our order. We stopped him bc we had menu questions. He answered our questions, left, & we continued to wait. It took about 30 min from sitting down to finally place our order as everyone was looking after the 10 top & other patrons had since been seated at other tables. Our greens salad was quite good. We waited quite awhile for the main course. King crab carbonara was okay at best. 1.5 inch shell found in it and a ton of large chunks of onion. The ravioli was....different. Not at all what was expected. I tasted no pancetta & It’s presentation was awful - I won’t describe what it looked like. The flavors did not mesh well at all. There was a sweetness, with acidity, combined with the nuts. It just didn’t work. I thought about ordering something else but didn’t want to wait. We skipped dessert to avoid further disappointment & to keep from waiting any longer. All in all, service lacking & main course mediocre at best. I would not recommend nor will we return.
Our lunch was quite early but they had already run out of one of the specials - disappointing. Took server a long time to take our order but it arrived quickly.
