Great food... Friendly staff... Highly recommended... We had the mushroom soup... Should be spicier but it is good...Ceaser salad was amazing! The Braised beef was very good... Not the best I've had but very good and the half chicken was juicy and well balanced.

Jump is a nice restaurant but I found it very busy and very loud to the point it was difficult to have a conversation. Portions are a little small but good and service was very good as well. A little in the pricier side but not excessive for fine dining.

Had an amazing night at Jump! My boyfriend and I went for an early valentines day and everything was fantastic. Great cocktails, really good food, and our server was top notch. I believe his name was Fred- He made some good recommendations and provided attentive and warm service all night!

It was my son’s 13th birthday and they catered to our needs, including ensuring we were fed and out the door prior to the hockey game. Service was excellent. Food was fab.

The service was outstanding. Got in on the last lunch for Winterlicious this year and it was delicious. Took the late lunch hour so the restaurant was a bit quieter than usual and we were able to enjoy a great lunch.

Very disappointed in the winter licious menu, food was not satisfying and in the past we loved the food selections so I would not go back for winter licious at the restaurant, bit overpriced for the regular menus. Service was outstanding that would be my only reason to go back to the restauran if menus Chang’s.

Service was great. We had winterlicious lunch and squash soup was delicious. Curry chicken with rice was a little spicy for my taste. Toffee brownie dessert was sweet and perfect end to it.

My husband and i went to Jump for two reasons. 1) it was date night and we try to go to new places and 2) the Winterlicious menu looked amazing. We were not disappointed in the food or the service. Our only issue (if you could call it that) was the fact that the tables for two were very close together so not much privacy and little room for people to get in and out of the banquette seats. Otherwise, we had a great time and enjoyed the food very much. We will definitely go back.

Such delectable cuisine and eclectic ambience. I dined here for lunch last wed given its close proximity to work and Jump being one of the participating restaurants for Winterlicious 2018. It was beyond my expectations. The Lobster bisque was simply divine, the olive marinated cod was cooked perfectly and the toffee brownie with pretzel was the perfect ending to a perfect meal! the service-top notch!

We were there for winterlicous and it did not disappoint.
Great food, cocktails, wine and fantastic service. Our waiter was Fred (I think) and he was very attentive.
The fig and date newton was exceptionally delicious.

Would definitely go back and recommend to friends.

Good but disappointing. Went for the Winterlicous menu which most restaurants use to entice new patrons. However it did not work for me.
Service was excellent food was very good but not something I would come back for. Appetizers were great. For the entree I had the BOURBON-BRAISED BRISKET beef was excellent but the choice of lightly baked kidney beans had no baked in flavor and did not work for me. My partner ordered COCONUT CHICKEN CURRY she is normally ok with chicken wings but not pleased with bones in a prepared dish.
Desert was actually the biggest disappointment. The HOUSEMADE FIGS AND DATES NEWTON was no better then two store bought Fig newton cookies with a little dressing on them to make them soggy. The BOURBON TOFFEE BROWNIE was a lot better but I would call it a one bite brownie at the most.

We had a great meal with great service from Fred. The Manager dropped by to welcome us and ask us about our meal. We talked about the cheesecake Jump is known for and she sent us home with a little sampling! It was greatly appreciated.

Went there on a dinner date for Winterlicious. Servers were very attentive and polite, and the bourbon-based dishes were phenomenal. If you have a hard time deciding what to order, just close your eyes and point to a random dish on the menu; you can't go wrong. Would definitely recommend, especially for whiskey lovers.

Excellent staff from reception to wait staff. Food was excellent - innovative and smallish portions. Our group had the Winterlicious menu which had a good variety of dishes.

They allow you to bring your own bottle paying $30 corkage.

Good ambience - our group of 4 was able to talk easily.

All in all highly recommended

Winterlicious menu was lovely and the food tasted great.

The waiter was rude, slow and incompetent. He cut me off a few times when I was trying to inform him of our time line and that I would be covering the whole bill. He was rude to some of the guest and got the order wrong and then kept disappearing so it was hard to get the order resolved.

The other wait staff who assisted the waiter, were amazing.

Latest visit involved their Winterlicious lunch menu. The items we had were very good, including appetizer, main and dessert. We felt that the $28.00 price point represented good value for money, given the quality and quantity of the food served. Also, our server was very good and always checked to confirm that we were happy with our food choices. All in all, another excellent visit and experience.

Very good food from the Winterlicious menu. I'd been to Jump the first day of Winterliscious and am happy to say they have adjusted the saltiness of the food. My friend and I both had the cod and lentils which were perfectly cooked.

Arrived more than 20 minutes early, but we were seated right away. The table was for two, but rectangular in shape so the distance between us was fairly large. The restaurant was packed due to the winterlicious menu, so it was hard to talk across the large table distance. There was some extra space beside us, so I moved my char so my partner and I could chat more easily across the corner of the table, improving our ability to communicate significantly.

The wine list was extraordinary, and had trouble choosing just one, and my partner had a cocktail with a rosemary garnish, which was unique and quite delicious.

The waitress was very helpful in helping me select gluten and lactose free foods, and made a couple of specific adjustments, which were handled expertly. The food was well crafted, my cod done to perfection, complete with a lovely selection of vegetables. Really yummy!

The service was attentive, but unrushed. We ate and talked for two and a half hours, and the time passed in a blink of an eye.

Definitely a wonderful place for a first date, or to celebrate any special occasion.

I went for winterlicious and I had gone before during lucious and really enjoyed it. The food was mediocre and the service was lack luster. Our sever checked on us 3 times after taking our order. The restaurant was jammed, I i felt was for our waitress as I knew she was overbookes. The cocktail and mocktails were very enjoyable.

Dinner was an excellent Winterlicious menu. Quality and quantity. Amazing service despite how busy the restaurant was. We will be back for the regular menu. Love this kind of cuisine and atmosphere.
