Everything else was great but I’ve been here twice and they always take long time to bring your meals. Server was amazing! Food is consistently good and ambience is great as well, just pay attention to serving your customers on time, especially during lunch time.

Great way to start the New Year with Monday night special at Jump - delicious lamb. Plus an amazing lobster salad and fun choc mousse dessert. Service was excellent and such a friendly fun atmosphere.

Arrived at 6:30 and the hostess was great, waitress was right there and took our drink orders. Back to take food and wine orders - Black Cod for my cousin, Seafood Platter for her husband and Beef Tenderloin for me - for $48.00 mine was certainly not the greatest steak I have ever had - came medium as ordered but tough and the rappini piled on top of a luke warm bowl of french fries (certainly not steak frites) with some au jus - presentation???? Everyone else said their dinners were very good. Plates were cleared, desert menus presented - my cousin told the waitress when she finally came back to take our order for dessert/coffee etc. "we thought you had gone home". I think this was a 15 minute lag in service.
I love Jump and it has always been my favorite restaurant d/t but very disappointed in Friday's dinner.

Lovely restaurant. Not overly crowded enabling one to actually have a conversation and hear the other participants. Food was delicious, although my specific dish was a bit too salty for my taste. Service was prompt and professional. Over all, a lovely lunch.

Went to Jump for New Year’s Eve, had a great experience. They had a guy with a guitar playing live music in the corner, the place was decorated for NYE and bustling. We went with the special NYE menu and were very happy with the amount of food. Four courses, including dessert and free bread. The food quality was great, the atmosphere fun. Our waiter was very friendly as well! Highly recommended!

Had my birthday dinner here on NYE with my husband and we were let down. I ordered the 8oz beef tenderloin and fries. It was the most expensive one in the menu so I assumed it would be good but I was wrong. Didn’t like the taste, too much pepper, the cut was so small and they gave a big serving of fries, which got really soggy because the broccolini was put on top of it. Didn’t enjoy my meal. My husband ordered the heritage chicken, wasn’t that good either. The mushroom soup was really good though. We liked the ambience and our server was excellent.

As a US visitor to Toronto, I found the food to taste OK by US's standards. There weren't a lot of main course options. I opted for a burger, which I seldom eat in the US. The staff accommodated my special requests for my burger. They were also attentive to our need for more beverage all the while being friendly. A burger and fries, duck, 2-sparkling waters, and a mixed drink cost about $92 USD. The restaurant does not convert USD to Canadian currency.

We celebrated our 15th anniversary at Jump. Decor was New York chic, staff were friendly and professional. The scallops appetizer were superb and unique in their presentation. The fresh water salmon main course was well presented but a little dry. An enjoyable experience overall.

Food was good. They did not have the Tempranillo I wanted, so I had to settle for Chianti - not my favorite.
Jump is always noisy, and every time I go I feel the same way. But it was good, overall.

We had a lovely evening celebrating my mothers 80th birthday. The service was exceptional by all staff, waiter, hostess/mngr and back waiter. They went above and beyond to ensure my mother (and all of us at the table) felt special and enjoyed our dining experience. The mushroom soup is a MUST! Cod was excellent, I recommend the duck ordered medium as med/rare was a little too raw. Do not pass on the deserts- the cheesecake was delectable and beautify plated! This is definitely a restaurant we will be frequenting more often and on our recommendation list!

Jump is always a stable based on its long standing reputation in the financial district. It was exceptionally disappointing that on a Friday at 1230PM they were already out of the crab and fish cakes as the lunch special. I expect better planning and availability from a kitchen like this. I can perhaps understand 2PM leading up to the Christmas/Holiday season however 1230?!! Unacceptable. As a result, the meal was ok. Our server brought bread to every table around us with exception to our table. We weren't really wanting the bread as otherwise would have asked however it was a clear observation of the inconsistency of service that happens even at the likes of Jump.

Jump is usually my choice when I entertain my guests as it reliably provides decent food and good service. But I am not sure what happened to my server tonight. He was rude inattentive and rushed us through the meal. We spent over $500 before tip tonight and this really wasn’t the experience I had hopes for my guests. I was disappointed

I've been to Jump several times as I work in the financial district. I realize they aim for fast service given that most people are at a business lunch when I went with a colleague. The meals were served right away. I've ordered the Buddha Bowl before. It seems that my meal has been sitting for a while when it was served to me. I was disappointed, it's usually a punch meal when I had it before. It was not like that this time. I don't think my colleague enjoyed her meal based on her body language. She did say anything other than her Butter Chicken was good. Since I was treating her to lunch, I think she was being polite.

I am from Ottawa and I booked this based on a recommendation and used your venue to entertain two very important clients. We absolutely loved it. The food was wonderful and I am a foodie! We went a little off the menu and it was accommodated with problem. I do not remember who serviced us but he was spectacular, friendly, and very attentive.
