   Found Jump by reading reviews on the top ten restaurants list in Toronto. I made reservations for a business dinner for 4 who were in Toronto for a conference. The response I got was "Great restaurant recommendation!! Everyone loved it!" Thank you google for your help! It sounded like a fun, upscale place for the dinner. How happy was I that it turned out to be such a great experience for all!

   Went to Mothers Day brunch, and everything was good to very good. Unfortunately, nothing was outstanding as expected. The eggs Benedict was simply smothered in Hollandaise Sauce, so you couldn't taste anything else, even the samon. The apps were the highlight, and Fig Bruchetta, Vichyssoise, and Tuna with a Jalapeno sauce were all very good. Dersert looked good but was not outstanding, although the cheesecake in Phylio looked awesome. But, in a reverse of the drowned eggs, there was almost no blueberry sauce served with the desert. My daughter didn't eat the carot cake as it lacked flavour. This brunch was not really reflective of the quality I have come to expect of Jump.

   When to Jump for Mother's Day Brunch. I was very exited to go here as it was one of the places I have wanted to go for years. The space is was bright, with a warm atmosphere. The food was good not great. The service was sub par. Our waiter took our order and the only other time we saw him was when we were leaving. No personal touch or checking in. My biggest issue was when the wrong order was brought to my wife(on Mother's Day) I informed the staff member and she took it away. It took fifteen minuets until the corrected order was place in front of her. No apology no offer of a drink. Just her you are. She ended eating alone, and not with her family on Mother's day. To top it all off the staff when giving the bill did not remind my son that the taxes and gratuity was included in the price. When he asked the staff they referred to the options on the machine. The only options were to add a percentage to the bill to move forward. This cost $80.00 more then it should have. I am appalled at the service!!!! Just plan bad overall!!!

   Great location, parking if going to Scotia Bank Arena. Good variety of food, excellent taste, a little on the pricy side. Happy hour to 6pm for beverages, good value.

    Went in for dinner before the game and service was good and we had time to spare. We had an issue with one of our meals and the manager went above and beyond to make sure we left happy. Will definitely go back for a more leisurely meal.

    Our server was impeccable. Attentive and friendly. The food wasn’t quite as good. The Jump Burger. It was a little overly salted and the bun did not hold up to the saucy burger, making for a mess, although a tasty one. The Jump Caesar was delicious. The Arctic Char itself was bland, but the bulger that accompanied it made up for it.

    I took my friend for her birthday, the restaurant looks nice inside. Too bad the patio isn’t open yet for the season otherwise would be very nice to sit outside in the beautiful courtyard of commerce court. Ordered a bigger tuna tartare since we are sharing , it was very good. The rosemary focaccia was delicious but a little bit pricey , $11 for 3 pieces . For main course we had scallops risotto and lamb shanks, both were excellent. This was the first time I went back to the restaurant in years, not disappointed with their food and good service.

    The food is absolutely incredible here. The crudo and tuna tartare are the best starters in the city. I had a fairly basic caesar salad with chicken but it was great. Perfect amount of dressing and chicken cooked perfectly. My wife had the lamb Ragu and I’m surprised she even allowed me to have a single bite. Delicious!

    Julien was our server and he as excellent…really made our experience. It took a while for my cocktail to come to Julien came to the table to explain why. We had a chicken cesser and a separate order of fries which were very good. I also had two Cosmos which were also delicious.

    I have attended Jump on multiple occasions for both business and personal. This luncheon was the first where time where both orders of steak was way over cooked. The waitress did offer to replace the steaks but due to limited time for the meeting, we had passed the offer. I sincerely hope the quality of the food served will be closely monitored moving forward.

    Hadn't been back to Jump in years but we decided to go for the $2 oysters. A great wine selection and our food was delicious. We sat in the bar lounge and the service was especially good.

    Our server Laura was phenomenal. Sweet and helpful. Food came quickly I ordered mushroom soup and risotto and was beyond expectation. My husband had Ceasar & tenderloin. Both were good but lacked flavour. And instead of fries, something else should accompany the meal. The overall look of the restaurant was lovely but the scuffed leather on the seats was a surprise. Foe a restaurant that charges as much I felt like they were used furniture that you get 2nd hand and not up to par with the image of the place.

    Underwhelming. Had heard lots of great things with it being an Oliver and Bonacini restaurant with lots of accolades. Food was uninspired and mediocre for the the $160/2 spent for dinner and 1 drink each. Server was friendly, but busser who deliver Duck Confit said “here’s your chicken.” Phyllo wrapped cheesecake was a bit soggy and husband took one bite and didn’t want anymore. Leatherette benches are very worn and missing patches. Ambience felt cold. Hoped for better for a long awaited date night, but left with the impression of a restaurant resting on it’s laurels. Did enjoy the mushroom soup and husband’s burger was “okay.”

    Wildly impressed with lunch at Jump - I had an inkling I couldn't go wrong with 'handmade pasta', but it far exceeded my already high expectations! The spaghetti lamb ragu bianco is such a unique dish, and paired with a lovely glass of Mission Hill, I had a smile on my face for the rest of the day. The service was also outstanding, and the food came to the table very quickly. Thank you for an excellent meal!
