During extensive travels throughout Latin America, they became enamored with the diverse cuisines, cultures and flavors from many lands, and wanted to offer an authentic experience based on these culinary and culture adventures.

Absolutely beautiful outdoor dining space! The food was delicious, the service was professional. I had skirt steak, my husband had cod, both were cooked perfectly! A wonderful dining experience within an easy walking distance to Broadway!

Went and had their Wednesday steak special—NY strip and side dish for $45. Per person. (Saves about$19. Per dish. ). NY Strip cooked nicely, but had a lot of fat and gristle. Had broccoli and cauliflower sauté which tasted good but it was COLD. Papa frites were good but nothing extraordinary. needed salt. Service was very good. For such a highly rated place…it was average at best. If went again, would pay the extra amount and get the filet mignon and then order sides a la carte

The atmosphere was great as was the Wednesday NY strip steak. But more than that was our waiter. We didn’t catch his name but he is from Ghana via Italy. He was extremely attentive to our wishes to have a very leisurely meal. He is a truly professional waiter and gentleman. Our thanks to him and the entire staff for a wonderful evening meal.

Had a great experience at K Rico. Booked a table of 5 pre-theater. Showed up 15 minutes early and got seated immediately. Very attentive service by Benjamin, plus a visit from the owner to go over the details on all of the steak options!

A hidden gem! My partner and I wanted steak for our last night in NY (& it was also my birthday). We were immediately greeted with a warm welcome and were well attended to throughout the night. We were shown the cuts of meat being prepared and explained the difference of each one. I ordered the NY strip while my partner had the ribeye— we’re pretty sure it was the BEST STEAK we’ve had in our entire lives. They were both cooked to perfection (medium rare for us) and came with unique sauces on the side. Before our entrees, we had delicious roasted oysters. For dessert, we had tres leches cake (so yummy and moist). The staff was so kind to sing me happy birthday and include a sparkling candle! We’ll definitely be back when we return. 10/10!

Lovely from start to finish. The meals are large, so we split everything, including the steak which was a 20 oz ribeye cooked to perfection. The staff is friendly and service is excellent. The creme brûlée is a wonderful completion for dinner.

Wow what where can I even begin! This place is absolutely incredible the host is so on point and she pays attention to every detail. The server was excellent and food was amazing. I’ve been here twice and both experiences have been flawless date nights I highly recommend this for anyone looking to impress their date night with a steakhouse with a twist.

I treated my 21 year old granddaughter to a show & dinner. We had a fabulous time at K. Rico. So warm & friendly and the food was delicious. Not your run of the mill steak place. Of course, we did get steak but had appetizers & fish as well. Cocktails were superb.

We came here strictly on the reviews of Open Table and we definitely we not let down! The empanadas we’re off the rails, octopus appetizer was so delicious I thought I was eating bacon! (Sorry Vegans) Tres Leches cake was the best I’ve ever had and the service and atmosphere absolutely above 10 stars! Next time we come to the City, we’ll definitely be back and make K Rico a staple of our stays here!

What fun! My new favorite steak restaurant and it is so much more: not only are the steaks fantastic and fairly-priced but the rest of the menu is no afterthought: there is real talent in the kitchen. Service is warm and friendly - generous even. Will definitely return.
