Simply outstanding. Greek cuisine at its best with generous portions. The pita and spicy feta was amazing. The shareable succulent and tasty octopus appetizer with red onions, bell papers and vinaigrette dressing was excellent. The baked chicken breasts (Youvetsi) were delicious. The grilled lamb chops (Paidakia) with the lemon roasted potatoes were the best I’ve had. The chops were tender and flavorful. Our server Andelija provided excellent well timed and friendly service. We would definitely dine here again the next time we are in the area.

I left here wondering why more people don’t frequent this restaurant. The food and service were truly outstanding. We were at one of only 5 tables dining during the dinner service, and feel like we tapped into a best kept secret. We started our meal with the Thalassina platter which was plentiful and delightful. It was clear that all of the ingredients were fresh. We also tried the chefs tasting menu and really enjoyed every item from the spanakopita to the salad, with the star of the show being the lamb chops. Both of the staff that we interacted with were warm, friendly, and hospitable. A true pleasure. We look forward to becoming regulars here!

My family and I enjoyed our meals. The lavraki was particularly delicious. However, our overall experience was mediocre. The staff who served us were very kind, but the service wasn’t fantastic. The pacing of the dishes was bizarre, and after we finished our meal it took another 15 minutes for the waitress to come close enough for us to request the check. There was also another party who had brought their dog (not a service animal) into the restaurant, which I found distracting and potentially unsanitary. If I’m paying $47 for a single dish, I would expect better service and ambience.

Appetizer - Grilled Calamari was very good but the entree was poor, Seafood Pasta (DON’T ORDER) was very very disappointing- when does 3 shrimp on a bowl equal Seafood Pasta….I’ve learned a lesson to ask questions before ordering all in all won’t ever go back & would not recommend it to anyone

Service extremely slow, especially for a weekday business lunch. Also, so odd they use paper napkins. Food is generally good, though I thought our salads were supposed to come w/ pita and didn't. I didn't ask b/c we were in a rush. Not impressed with service or value. Has gone downhill.

They did not have lamb chops or several other Greek staples on the menu e.g. lemon soup, fried Greek cheese. The souvlaki was SALTY and when we asked for more tzatziki, they charged us $5 extra. The glass the wine came in was CHIPPED. HORRIBLE experience.

Outstanding meal. Everything was delicious! We especially enjoyed the seafood plate - the calamari, octopus, and shrimp were some of the best I've had. And there was an abundance of it. The eggplant and zucchini chips were fabulous as well. We brought out of town guests and they thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Plus it was as bonus to be able to hear each other. Thank you!

Very disappointed. Probably will never return. Fine dining? With paper napkins? Food not served as described. My husband is Greek, and was not happy how they did not serve our food properly (even though on menu it stated as such). Presentation of most food was okay...not fine dining at all. Didn't ask us if we want dessert, but more of they needed to know if we wanted dessert so we can submit our orders prior to kitchen closing. We arrived at 8....in an empty restaurant....service was slow....I think they were more focused on closing up the party they just had and just shutting down as soon as possible....which is understandable that they are physically done for the day, but the owners should have just closed the restaurant to reservations and walk ins since they clearly did not have time for us.

I came here to use a Groupon I purchased and the staff kept saying that they only had 4 available Groupons and the one I had was not one of them. They kept telling me I was mistaken and I showed them that there were 6 available Groupons online. Even though the text was right in front of them, they insisted that I was wrong. Terrible service.

The waiter was nice but he didn’t come up to our table and tell us the specials or anything of the sort. The place was pretty empty. The food we ordered all seemed to have been premade and then warmed up before serving. The zucchini chips, the grilled octopus, the saganaki cheese (which we had to send back because it was hard when it should have been melted) all came just warm when they should have been hot. The help in the restaurant was sloppy. Overall we didn’t feel like $150 for 2 went towards something special. For a fast food restaurant, what we experienced would have been fine, but this was fine dining and I feel like I got ripped off.

This place has lost a bit of its character. No more cozy booths, no more fish display and the menu seemed to have less options. The food was still tasty, but the portions were not so generous and my favorite yogurt dessert I sensed was not made on property. The yogurt was not thick or smooth and instead breaking. This place used to Wow, now it was just ok. Nothing n terribly wrong, but nothing spectacular either.

We had a group dinner of 16 and it was lovely! Our server was so welcoming and got us in and out in time for an early show at The DC Improv! We loved the shared app (calamari and saganaki were big hits) and the fish is always fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!!!
