We had a delightful experience for dinner. All the staff were very courteous and friendly. We were placed at a table directly in front of the fireplace which is nice on a cold night. Our server, Danielle was exceptional. She was attentive, knowledgeable and very pleasant. The food we chose was a Filet Mignon steak cooked exactly as ordered and delicious along with Potato Crusted Halibut with Latin Style Cream Corn. The fish was served hot and was also yummy. If you are looking for fine dining, this is the place. However, with all the excellent food and service, it does come at a cost.

Our server Matthew was amazing, always attentive but not intrusive. This was a "first date" for us, and we had a wonderful time. We asked for some special accomodations and minor changes to the food, and the kitchen was more than willing to accomodate us. The ambiance was great, quiet even though there were other patrons in the restaurant.

Upon arrival and giving our reservation information we were greeted with a Happy Anniversary by everyone at the front desk and also from our waiter. Our waiter Alan was just terrific. Very accommodating and made our evening very pleasant. This is the time of year where this room is very inviting and cozy with the fireplace going it was a very comfortable and relaxing experience.

Wow! 1st time at the Lodge. Been to Tres Belle, in August, for the 1st time, it was delicious. Couldn't wait to go back to try the Lodge. It was delicious. Took my Aunt for her birthday, said she had the best steak, in her 76 years! Fall cocktails were yummy as well! Hubby was jealous, he was out of town, & missed it. Now have to return soon, for him to try it.

I have been to Ken Stewarts several times and have loved the ambience, service and food every time. This time, the ambience and service was, as always, great. The starter (Burrata) was fresh & tasty but was not really Burrata I expected but more like mozarella casing, with creamy interior. There was none of the texture I would expect from the internals of an authentic Burrata. The Beef Wellington I received was also slightly below expectations, with a delicious pastry crust but under-cooked (almost blue) filet steak, instead of the medium-rare to rare I was expecting. It was very high quality filet, so remained delicious. Dessert was fabulous with a Crème brûlée, with a perfectly caramalized topping giving a very satisfying crack to get to the creamy vanilla base.

Overall it was very good but also very expensive and a few things keep it from being top notch. The food and service was very good. Steak was cooked perfectly. The only real reason we would not go more often is the price. A few other things were off. The water they serve tastes terrible and they want to upcharge you more for bottled water. Honestly at this price point the water they serve in glasses at the table should be good but for some reason it has a bad even salty taste. Maybe its from a water softener. but it should be RO filtered for drinking. And the butter is served in packs. Not being nitpicky but again at this price point I would expect butter balled in cups and bread on the table not being offered one piece from a person walking around. We would come back but hoping for just a little more when the bare steak is $58

Made reservations. Got seated at 7:20. Server took a long time to get to us. Ordered then got food at 8:40. Steak was lukewarm. Spouse’s dish was hot. Server never informed us why it took so long to get food. At least 45 minutes from order to get food. Then, to have the steak Luke warm means it was sitting there for a while. It was just OK not anything special. I would’ve hoped the server would have told us what was taking so long or otherwise offered us some thing, like more bread, while we were waiting. But nothing. They give you a sampling of bread and then that’s it. I would not recommend going back and we probably will never go back.

We have celebrated our wedding anniversary here several times in the past. This time was by far the most memorable, but for all the wrong reasons. My wife ordered the scallops. In years past you received 5 scallops for a plate that cost $50. This year you only were provided with 4. I had the rack of lamb special. Boy was it special alright. First it was over-cooked. I ordered it medium rare and it arrive medium to medium well. Second the total serving size was, at best, 4oz. For a price tag of $70 I personally feel that you should be provided with a meal that is of appropriate size. The side salads were tiny. You only received one piece of bread with your salad. For a Gin and Tonic or a Vodka and Ginger ale, you were charged separately for both mixers! Couldn't believe that when I saw it on the bill. All told, for a dinner that cost $235 with tip, I feel it was very underwhelming. I will not be back to this establishment any time soon. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

This was one of the best meal experiences we have ever had. The food was all perfectly cooked and seasoned. Our party of 4 had steaks, oysters, and sea bass. Phenomenal! Love the white French dressing on the salads and the 4 choices of breads. The decor fits the name and was a perfect on a rainy, chilly fall night. We had the house Cab. It was okay - but would go with a merlot or Syrah next time as it lacked any depth of flavor. Our waitress was great also. Wish I would have noted her name. Thinking she might be pregnant but didn’t want to ask. Hopefully the management can let her know we appreciated her great service and knowledge of the menu.

My friend from Croatia was disappointed in the level of char on his steak. Although the steak was cooks to medium rare the sear on one side was excessive and made the steak taste burnt. I asked why he did not send it back? He replied that he did not want to embarrass me. Excellent beef steaks are difficult to obtain in Europe. When he visits our home, we always prepare steaks on our Webber Grill charcoal cooker. I selected your restaurant as I was absolutely positive that he would receive an excellent steak. We live near DC. When we visit relatives in the Cleveland area, we usually dine at your fabulous lodge and, until this visit, your steaks have always been fabulous.

Wow what a wonderful evening! From the time we entered the staff treated us with such a welcome. Leslie (the manager) checked with us several times and made sure we had everything we needed. Alice was priceless! Her enthusiasm for people and her work wasn’t as if it was just a job for her…it is how she treats humanity—such joy and respect! The meal was delicious the service was great. The biggest issue is that the prices of the specials were not shared (but server did say if you would like to know prices let me know). 2 of the 4 ppl at table ordered the filet + crab legs. Who would have thought the crab legs itself were $95 (filet was an additional $50). $150 per each entree was unexpected and disappointing.

The staff is very friendly and the food is excellent. So many unposted options to choose from and our server Alex was excellent!!! We love the new dress code and very much appreciate that. Unfortunately, we were shocked to see the 3% up charge on our bill for using a credit card. Shame on owners for passing that cost onto the patrons, we are paying a premium for food and service, surely you can manage the credit card fees!
