Very nice location. Excellent food and service. Specially from our server Adrian who was extremely attentive to our needs and super kind. We will definitely come back.

Our reservation was 6 pm and we were seated promptly . A waiter came and took our bar order and said he would get us water as well while he was also going to get our waitress for the night . We waited forty min for the drinks and a new female waiter to appear . I commented on the wait time and asked for the water again , also requested she take our order . Waited another fifteen minutes for waitress to come back to take our order and again requested water as we still had had no water nor our order taken and we had been there an hour !!! The waitress seemed pleasant and unconcerned about our complaint of having to wait to have a glass of water and our order taken . Service after that proceeded ok still slow but we had water at least . We left the restaurant at 8:45 pm and our reservation was 6 pm . The worst was not one glass of water for over an hour .. we just sat there and continued to ask .. This was a special treat for our international guests for their last night in the USA. It left a bad impression on them unfortunately . My family and I will not be back for dinner at least again . Not an apology or explanation from the waitress ; which would have made a difference .

What a wonderful evening we had! The food was wonderful and our server, Loren was just wonderful. She was so pleasant and calm, sweet and so kind to us.

Chose this restaurant to celebrate my birthday and they did not disappoint. Everyone there made my birthday extra special. From the friendly hostess that had a reserved sign placed at my sunset view window seat, to the accommodating manager who went out of his way to charge my phone, to the attractive waitress who brought me a complimentary crème brûlée, to the miscellaneous workers who all personally wished me a happy birthday on a birthday card, Kincaid’s made my birthday extra-special. THANK YOU.

Had a nice birthday celebration. General manager, Ishbak, is the best! He always warmly welcomes us. And the server was also wonderful.

Great meal with out of town visitors. We were treated to a great meal accompanied by an amazing sunset. Our server, Roy, was terrific.

Will hold off coming back for awhile. Chef change or something - cannot cook a steak. Birthday celebration small gesture of card and dessert was nice. But wont be back for a long while.
