Yet another absolute home run. The best place in town without question. If you are even thinking of going out for dinner you sincerely need to try King Street Trio. Clean is an understatement, above and beyond the most strict Covid protocols. Yet that doesn’t take away the the experience whatsoever. Brian and his team are simply amazing and the food, atmosphere and experience will always impress.

Well, everything was just perfect, as usual! We don't eat out much since the whole COVID thing, but Brian and the team make us feel very safe and comfortable. We met up with our good friends, Liz and Mark, who drove in from Hamilton to meet us here again, since the last time was such a great experience. We just love watching Kyle and Mike creating and plating. As usual, all of the food was perfect. For my part, the black cod was incredibly tender on the inside and perfectly crispy on the outside. We are not dessert eaters but absolutely couldn't resist the sweet potato custard with gingerbread croutons. BLISS!

It was our first visit in over a decade to King Street Trio, and we were blown away. The service was exceptional, the wine list extensively and thoughtfully planned, and the food was outstanding. KST should be proud of everything they put on a plate. We will be planning another trip in the near future.

Brian and the team once again showed they are truly the best place in town. The attention to detail on safety was paramount with numerous hand sanitizing stations and staff with PPE. The distance of the tables was perfect for social distancing and if you are at all worried about going out for diner then this is the place that will make you feel safe. Now the food. A total and complete fine dining experience. I can honestly say this was the best meal I have ever had. The oyster starter was absolutely on point with excellent minuet and fresh horse radish with a fantastic scotch pepper hot sauce. The mushroom risotto was simply the best I have ever had anywhere. Caesar Martinis were just as I remembered and amazing. The Wagu.... I don’t have to words to describe how utterly amazing it was and that doesn’t do it justice. I strongly recommend you trying King Street Trio for any occasion or if you just enjoy a true fine dining experience with service second to none and food that rivals any restaurant anywhere. I’ve been to some of the best places and King Street Trio is always on the top of my list.

Well, my first restaurant meal since COVID. Everyone was very considerate, safety first! Hand sanitizer, face shields or masks and distance between tables. The menu was so different and enticing. My husband had the Waygu Flatiron and it was absolutely to die for!! It was tender beyond belief and the flavour was out of this world. I had the Black Cod. I usually spend a lot of time in Mexico and this mole dish with shishito peppers made me reminiscent of the Mexican cuisine I've been missing. The cod was perfectly tender in the middle and had a lovely, crispy crunch on the outside. My Mom had the Mushroom Panzanella and we all had to taste it. the sourdough soaked in vinegarette but still crunchy and the medley of other flavours just bursting with freshness was amazing. Oh, and the Cool Melon Soup was an orchestra of flavours that all played together in a wonderful food symphony. We shared both the strawberry and raspberry desserts to finish everything off perfectly. Thanks King Street Team, Brian, Kyle, Mike, Meagan and Alex, for a wonderful experience! Can't WAIT for our next visit!!

We always enjoy coming to the King Street Trio. We have introduced, or recommended, the Trio to several people. One couple has become regulars we understand.

I got take out before they moved to Friday through Sunday only for take out or delivery. Food was great and a nice change from my own cooking! This local place is our go-to for an exceptional meal and excellent service. Why waste your taste buds and hard earned $$ on a boring, bland meal from a chain restaurant?? Also, bonus of supporting a local family business during this crazy time!

The service was okay, but somewhat preachy and overbearing. The food. Oh boy. I had the New York Striploin with Pommes Frites. The potatoes salty beyond comprehension.. As was the sauce with the steak. So bloated the next day. Yes, trendy, with the open kitchen, but sometimes you witness less than to be desired professionalism. And does not add to the ambiance. No IPA Craft Beer. Would not recommend to anybody. Preferences would be Proof or Sole, especially with spending, with tip, $240 on just 2. I don't begrudge the money, as I would certainly spend more at a Ruth's Chris Steak House. But not again at King Street Trio.
