Kobe Japanese Steak House
The word "KOBE" suggests to the gourmet the ultimate in the finest beef, raised on delicacies, and gently massaged to perfection.
Watch....as we lovingly prepare the tenderest steak, the freshest seafood, free-range chicken, and garden fresh vegatables....all before your very eyes in true Japanese style.
This was my first trip to Kobe since Covid-19 started, and it was definitely a little different than what I am used to when going there. The service was great, the food excellent as always, but the chef wasn't so good. Part of what I like about going to Kobe is the show that the chef puts on, but our chef didn't do anything but a couple flame shows and that was it. It was my girlfriends birthday, and she had never been to Kobe before, and she was very disappointed with the lack of enthusiasm from our chef. I will always come for the food, but sad that the showmanship has started to fade...
My mom and I were dining at Kobe’s on Saturday. It was my moms first time and we had such an amazing time. Our chef jimmy was outstanding and one of the best I’ve had there! Our server CiCi was AMAZING! Probably one of the most personable, engaging and helpful servers we’ve had in a
Long time. Thanks to your staff for
Making our weekend away so great!
As always the food was amazing and chef was hilarious, always worth the money here
Great, fun dinner idea. Quite expensive especially if you include drinks. Dinner was good and atmosphere was great.
Chef Jimmy is the best! The service was great and the food was amazing and that's why we keep going back to Kobe!
Excellent food and a friendly chef (Max). That's about it. My partner and I paid $570 for dinner, which would've been fine if the experience was more upscale. Looking at their menu and prices, I expected dim lighting, soft music, and a dress code. Instead, the restaurant was loud with pop music, people were in shorts and baseball caps, and the service was meh at best.
Very poor service from start to finish. First of all when we got there we were sent upstairs by the hostess to someone who would show us to our table. Stood there for 5 min before even being acknowledged. I was asked to leave with my partner because we had been there over 1.5 hours, even though the couple at the next table were there when we got in and were still there as we left. The fact I had spent over 250 didn’t seem to matter, if I could withdraw my tip I would. I’d never recommend this place to anyone.
Kobe isn't social distancing at all at tables. They are separating groups with one seat only, which means you are about 18 inches away from other customers. At the same time, there were empty stations. However it seems that to save on the cost of chefs, Kobe chose to jam customers around the same table with so little distancing in place that they really shouldnt have even pretended to do any. Food was excellent despite the poor management practices and lack of regard for customer health.
I had a really nice evening at the Kobe. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the dining concept, the quality of the food was extremly good.
Loved it!!! food was amazing and it was a great experience.
Food was amazing. The chef was really friendly and funny. It was memorable anniversary night. Thank you
Friendly staff and accommodating also. You'll enjoy the cooking and be full with their mouthwatering food at the same time.
Good food! Talking to strangers in the same table was fun too.
Such an amazing meal!! Took my kids forvthe first time and they loved the show and the food. A really nice treat.
Restaurant was extremely clean and staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Food was amazing (as usual). Highly recommend!
Excellent hospitality as usual. Looking forward to next time.
It was a awesome as usual. We love this place. They also obey social distancing rules. So don't worry & enjoy your dinner
awesome. good to be back
Delicious food, great service with an exceptional service. Will recommend to friends and family and will be back.
Great food and lots of fun. Only problem waitress checks once and you don’t really see again. Soda had 90% ice and charged $4 for it.
Fabulous food and service , was crazy loud which I didn’t like, but I do understand how it gets that way😊
Very entertaining experience, and good food. Definitely on the more expensive side though.
Well done considering the virus outbreak all was good too bad for situation hope to return
Wagyu beef and lobster was amazing.. over priced but good.. sirloin was tough not the greatest.. but service and cook were friendly
Spent our anniversary with the great staff at Kobe.
Dining was great. Only complaint was the woman next to me with terrible table etiquette. Her elbow came into my personal space too many times to count. It would be nice if there was slightly more space between seats.
The chefs are fun to watch, engage the customers and create a great show with knife’s, food and fire!
We had the “Emperor’s Feast”, and the food was amazing tasting and quite plentiful with beef filet, chicken breast and prawns.
Entertaining and delicious, a variety of protein options and a decent drink menu.
I thought it was over priced for the food we got. I was still hungry after. We brought out of town guest to Kobe’s to experience a show of throwing the knives and some fun. None of this happened it was dull and not very exciting. I was not happy when I left. It is overrated! Will not go back or recommend.
Great place for a team dinner ! Fun experience with great service and food!
Too bad it is one of the very few places for Tepanyaki. With that, comes high prices making it not such a good price-performance place.
We can only afford it once a year, for very special occasions.
Staff was great, food was great, experience was great, but I don’t understand the prices. We had the most expensive bill at the table yet we all basically ate the same meal.
We had a very funny and entertaining chef and the filet mignon was super tender and tasty. :)
Great food 👌 this is a great buy. I would reccomend it to anyone.
We love the meat selection and seafood selections. all we like to say is that the servings of vegetable is pretty small when you are spending over $200 for a date night. would be nice to see larger protions of vegetables in the early stages of the night.
Also i'd like to say that our table reservation was for 7:30 pm and we didnt get seated till 8 pm so it was making the kids a little restless as we came hungry!!
