Our first family experience at Kobe's for my hubby's birthday and we were left saying, "WOW!! The food, staff and Chef Kylo were all amazing! And will definitely be coming back. They really know how to take care of their customers and are very personable. My husband (because it was his birthday) and 6 year old son were spoiled and our son said "Chef Kylo is the best chef EVER "! Thank you Kobe Steakhouse for making this a very memorable experience and we'll see you all very soon!😘

I went here for my birthday with 5 friends. It was a fantastic experience- the service was excellent and our chef Jimmy was engaging, entertaining and a true pro. The portion size is great, the food and drinks very tasty, and the overall experience is one I would highly recommend!

We celebrated my boyfriends birthday and the experience was amazing. Every time I come to Kobe’s the staff is phenomenal and also serve out drinks in a timely manner, the chefs are always so fun and lively as well and make the experience 10000x better every single time! I love dining at Kobe’s and can’t wait to come back soon!

Really liked our hibachi experience with Michael, who was engaging with us but the theatrics were a little lacking. We were in and out of the restaraunt within 50 minutes — a shorter dinner service than our previous experiences at other hibachi restaurants. The filet mignon, prawns, serving of bean sprouts, and mango gelato were great.

Service was very good. Pleasant staff. Helpful and attentive Food was a bit too salty However what was most surprising and unfathomable was that the seating was so squished that there was not enough room for comfortable dining, especially considering how much one pays at this restaurant. I was seated at the corner of the table, and someone else was seated on the other side of the corner. It was evident that there was only room enough for ONE plate, but the restaurant was going to proceed with the poor arrangement. I had to raise the concern that there was obviously no room for two people to dine with two plates that my part and I were switched to another table with more room. For a restaurant where one is paying a couple hundred dollars for two people, one would think that there would be at least enough room to dine. this is not acceptable.

It was a much better experience than we’ve had since they took down the Covid barriers. Service was good from the time we arrived to the time we left. Nice table out of the flow of “traffic” with only 2 other people we didn’t know (we were 5). Food was great and we had a lovely evening.

Food & “show”was excellent , the feeling felt a little rushed though. We went for my bf’s 30th bday with the parents. They give you about an hour to eat, so not a lot of time if you are visiting / catching up. May be better suited for a different kind of dinner with less conversation.

Received this as a Christmas gift in December 2021 and finally got around to using it. We had never been before, but my son loves it. Was a fabulous experience – our chef was fantastic. Skilled, funny and engaging and really made the experience a treat.

Our chef was excellent and the portions were large. The service otherwise was not up to par. Felt a little like cattle being herded. When your table is ready they really should carry your drinks up the stairs for you rather than have you juggle your coat purse bags etc…We tried to order a bottle of champagne and she said oh we don’t have that but made no recommendation for another bottle. Service needs to be improved!
