Food and service was good although the items I ordered (poke bowl and happy hour sliders) were pretty salty. The poke bowl could have benefited from more veggies like edamame. The waitress had trouble finding my rewards account so a manager had to resolve the issue, which he did. I still don’t understand why she was unable to find my account since I was able to verify my phone number had been correctly included on the account. Until I asked for the manager she didn’t seem inclined to resolve the issue just saying repeatedly she couldn’t find my account. it was frustrating. Other than this I enjoyed my meal.

I eat eat Kona Grill often and like it. Its always good to very good and prices OK. Today I asked to substitute fries (with a burger) for a small salad. They said they was no substitution and the only way to get some salad with the burger was to order a 1/2 house salad for $12. Typically a restaurant would provide at least a handful of salad as a sub, or maybe a $5 up charge. I don;t think this is particularly customer friendly I stuck with the fries. My burger was very good as always.

We had a family birthday party with 10 people. Had a blast. The food was good, our server was amazing and the atmosphere was great.

We ordered off the preset menu and had an outstanding three course meal. We celebrated a birthday and we were absolutely spoiled. High marks all around.

The ambience was comforting and inviting. The server was courteous and polite. The service was seamless as always. Of course the food was extremely delicious. It’s always a pleasure visiting this establishment.

The service was excellent. Our waitress made sure we were taken care of throughout the meal. We had to send back a ribeye since it was a little underdone, but that was no issue and came back correct. Their cocktails were good and they didn't seem to skimp on the booze. Even though you wouldn't expect the menu to have sushi, it does and it's just fine. My only issue is that I upgraded to a Lobster Eggs Benedict and it came with the ham still on it and the amount of lobster was negligible. I would eat there again.

The food was delicious! We had the happy hour portions of edamame, ribeye meatballs, avocado egg rolls and the 3oz ribeye with 3 shrimp which were all so tasty! The service was A+. Highly recommended 👍

Met a friend for an early dinner before going out to a show. The server was pleasant and attentive. The avocado egg rolls were delicious, as was the shrimp tempura. I ordered the pad Thai entree, which was very good and the portion was generous. We were able to enjoy a leisurely meal since it was early and not crowded. This was not my first visit to Kona and it won’t be my last.
