We asked the waitress if they had the Date Night menu which we have had before. She checked with the manager and indeed it was available. The food was very good, the portions were more than adequate and we celebrated my birthday with a wonderful meal. Will go there again.

My husband and I rely on Kona Grill for its varied happy hour menu with reasonable prices. Our choices at this Eden Prairie location were even better in flavor and quality than the food we’ve enjoyed in Scottsdale, AZ. Eddy provided the best KG customer service we’ve experienced in 4 different locations-kudos to him!!!

The service was great but the food wasn’t. The shrimp tacos were extremely spicy and I can tolerate spicy. The sushi wasn’t great either. I would not go back for the food. The server was nice and attentive.

Really bad. Prices are insanely high and the food sucks. Service is very good. I feel bad for the servers because the food is so bad and the prices are so high.

We had a great meal at the Kona Grill. I had an open table reservation. The promotions was 1000 points along with the 25 dollar reward. I got the reward but no points. This was disappointing

Everyone enjoyed their entrees and drinks. It was a pretty slow night, so the vibe was quiet. Kona's on the more expensive side for just a random weekday night. We'll likely return at some point, but maybe for a more special occasion.

We had a mother-daughter date night before going to see Barbie and our waitress was so good to the girls and made them really feel special, she was great. Food was also delicious.

Very disappointed with the service. Took a long time to get a waiter to come over our table. We finally got our order in and the waiter only brought my friend’s food to the table. He stopped by and asked if I wanted my salad … I said yes, please. My friend needed up eating her complete meal before my food was brought to the table. This was the worst service, ever! We have dined here before and was like this. I don’t think I. An recommend this restaurant to anyone agai!

Way too loud, had to shout across the table. Felt abandoned by server, waited wayyy too long between steps in orders. Had to repeatedly ask for clearing of settings. Food was mediocre. Definitely a disappointing return post-pandemic, will not be returning.

We dined at Kona Grill in Eden Prairie a few times. We liked the location and atmosphere. The menu is pretty good. Recently it introduced Wagyu beef, it's not cheap, but we decided to give it a try. We ordered medium Wagyu Prime Steak, but we got it, it's overcooked, or at least it's well done. We probably will not order it again. If we want Japanese steak, we need to visit Japan.

Went during restaurant week and the value was amazing. For the price of an entree they also gave an appetizer and a huge dessert. The ribeye meatballs were so good as an appetizer that I saved my entree as a to go order and left room for a decadent double brownie dessert.

Too noisy yo hear my family group of eight. Also not happy that we could not have a larger group in the main dining room. Sushi is why my family comes, but not happy with our Sat. Evening meal time. Waitress was nice but.

We ordered their restaurant week menu and were a bit disappointed that the appetizers and entrees came out at the same time. The server who brought out the entrees was also somewhat rude- she seemed angry that she had to wait for us to move the appetizer plates that her coworker had just set down in front of her before she could set down the entree plates.

My girlfriend and I went in during restaurant week and the food was great, server was amazing wish I remember her name. We hat the ribeye meatballs, scallops roll, the cilantro lime chicken and the chili glazed salmon.

First we were seated in an area with a high ceiling. It was very loud. We moved to a quieter section. The term "lobster roll" is misleading. It does not mean what is traditionally understood in the US. They refer to Sushi roll. Food was goof.

We did not like the spicy shrimp tempura. They were not "crispy" tempura, but rather covered with a sauce. We also do not like that as customers, we needed to use the "on the table" credit card reader.

I had a macadamia crusted chicken. If I got that chicken at a fast food drive through I would be upset. It was over brined (rubbery/processed). Guessing not much is made fresh in the kitchen at Kona. Not a scratch kitchen to be sure. If I am wrong than, the need to fire the kitchen staff and redo the menu! $240 Wasted! Highlight.. Fries were good, Icewater was tasty.
