The food was amazing, they had a special Turkey macadamia dish it was incredible!! I loved it so much I am want to come back next year if they are open for Thanksgiving next year. The service was also amazing my server was very attentive and accommodating.

Decided to do something different on Thanksgiving day by going out. Kona Grill offered two types of turkey dinners that were a hit. The regular menu was also an option so we found the sushi was fabulous. The service was great. Liz was attentive and accommodating. The only down side was the price of the turkey dinners. It wasn't OUTRAGEOUS but it's clear that inflation has caused prices to go up. $38 and $35 for turkey seemed high. I will admit they were both big portions. All in all, I would go again. But it would definitely be a splurge at the prices currently set.

When to the location for the first time, Service was excellent, Most of the food was very good although the fried rice was too salty. While the happy hour price sing is very good. Be careful on a regular menu as you add anything it adds to the price.

Heard many good things from friends so went on a date night. I had the shrimp tacos and gf had a salad. Neither were that impressive. Tacos were ok at best. Wasn't impressed at all. Didn't come w any sides. I'm not a picky eater but I know what good tacos taste like and this wasn't it. Gf had a salad, Don't remember which one but had just enough dressing in it, wasnt anything impressive at all. She also had 2 margaritas at 15 each..once again not worth it. Spent over 100 tip included and was not worth the price. Great restaurant w nice atmosphere but the food wasn't it. Would go back and maybe try something else just in case.

made a reservation for my wife and our 2 children pretty easily , called to let them know we might be running late to which they answered on the phone with what could’ve been a more welcoming and understanding energy and tone . Arrived , got checked in and seated efficiently . Server was ok nothing above and beyond but could’ve been worse i suppose . The dollar signs on these dishes from starters to drinks to main dishes to desserts it all comes at a price and we ordered the the Thai noodles and for the price it’s definitely falling short in terms of overall quality doesn’t set it apart from any fast food joint except its high prices . The kids menu was pretty much non existent and the pizza wasn’t the best children’s pizza either pretty small and flat . Mimosa were nice and strong enough to try and make you forget how much you paying for everything and that’s before a tip too .

Our Server was very good. The appetizer of Tuna Sashimi (5 piece) was a great presentation. Our entrees were so-so. The Cilantro Lime Chicken was only served with Cilantro even though that is the first word of the dish, otherwise no cilantro flavor with the chicken. The chicken was served on skewers and were served cold with warm turmeric rice so didn't really feel like an entrée. The Macadamia Nut Chicken was sort of soggy on the outside and the miso whipped potatoes were so-so. Our server suggested the Carrot Cake (he said it was wonderful). We decided to take it home. The cake was underwhelming with little spice and needed salt. Also, they have the devices on the table that you are supposed to use to pay. They were caked with food and fingerprints so obviously not cleaned when someone leaves so was gross to use. For the money, it was overpriced for what we got.

My colleagues and I went to Kona Grill for dinner. We TRULY enjoyed our experience. Our server name was John & he was the absolute best! He was so kind, courteous, pleasant and very timely with refills and checking on us to see how we were doing. The food was absolutely delicious! The chefs took their time preparing each and every item we got. Presentation was very good as well. I will be returning to Kona Grill for sure. I am so glad we went there. Thank you John for your great customer service, we truly appreciate it!

We celebrated Mothers Day and Kona did not disappoint. Josh M. was our server and was attentive, quick, and very friendly. The food was so good. We had the Penne dish, salmon and rainbow roll, all delicious. We will definitely be back.

We had awful service. We constantly had to ask for things that were obvious like drink refills, or clearing dirty plates off the table. When we asked for condiments they were never brought so we had to ask another staff member for them. We went really long periods where we never saw our server and she never checked in.

Went for Mother's Day as a treat for myself. The original waitress was not aware of the Mother's day drink special (I had a screenshot of the promo from IG) and did NOT honor it! The second waitress was lovely and had a great smile. The food quality was horrible, I opted for berry French toast, that included berries, honey butter and mint. My initial plate had all blueberries, no mint at all and was drowning in honey butter, I asked her if I could have something that looked remotely similar to the description. She took it back and returned with a new plate that had strawberries, blueberries, no mint and still drowning in honey butter. I ate it at this point because what else could I do? The bread was hard, and overcooked (or microwaved) and it wasn't at all worth $19.00! No side or anything just bread and did not even include everything advertised/listed on the menu. I ordered a side of fries and they never arrived. The brighter side is that my nine year old enjoyed her food. I paid the bill and left. I probably won't return.

Upon arrival, we were immediately immediately greeted with a smile and seated! Our server was incredible and very attentive. The food we ordered was delicious and the drinks were great! It was a little loud, but not loud to the point that we couldn't have our table conversation. Overall experience was wonderful!

Really didn't appreciate the waiter talking to other waiters about what ever he was talking about. They made it very, very obvious that they were talking about us. We were not rude to the waiter and very polite but he was extremely short, and seemed to be tempered with us immediately. Also, did the prices go up here? It used to be a good restaurant with good prices, but it seems like all the prices went up big time.
