    The dinner for two isn’t what it used to be. Don’t get a lot for the money you spend. All the empty tables were left dirty the whole time we were there.

    After a long day in the mall, we decided to have dinner in the hotel to avoid any more walking and traffic. We were not disappointed. The food and service were both excellent and the pricing was comparable to most other restaurants in the mall. After a long day in the mall, the L2 restaurant in the hotel is a great option and the L1 lounge on the main floor is also a great place to take a break and unwind.

    Decor is a little older but still has a comfy feel. Service was just OK. Our server was nice enough but in the beginning, didn’t even explain the options for meals. When he served our coffee, he’d slam down the carafe in the table. When he poured a cup, he’d spill a little over the side (every time - there was 4 of us he refilled a few times). The food was decent. Not the best brunch I’ve had but they have a good variety for the price and the flavours were good from what I had. Only 2 comments I would have on the food is to have the warmers keep them hotter. The food was room temp once we got to our table. Also, the cold station should’ve been setup differently. Smaller platters perhaps? The cheese was getting dried out and the cold seafood hardly looked touched so I don’t know how long it sat out for. Aside from that, the food was decent and great variety of options.

    I had reserved a table for 10 but they had us all in 3 separate tables which I couldn’t understand why. A lot of seats at the back, where we could easily have been seated together, could have accommodated the 2-3 guests all seated in the back at our tables. I was a bit unhappy about that so our family had to sit all separately. Other than that I have always enjoyed eating here. Food came quickly & is always delicious. We will be returning again hopefully seated together.

    do visit l2 grill as they serve the most delicious food in the city and their service was outstanding. our food was served quickly and it was well presented on the plates. their server was really sweet with my kids and gave them ice cream. sea food was beautiful served especially the mussels 👍 Will definitely visit here whenever possible next time!

    Exceptionally delicious food with plenty of options to choose from. Me and my wife shared the L2 Platter for 2 and it was totally worth $99. Steak was tasty + lobster tail was the best part in the platter. My daughter tried the raspberry lemonade and it was beautifully served with beautiful garnishing. Our server (Yash K) was really polite with kids and would love to have him as our server when we come back again. Overall, wonderful experience and totally great service. Thanks a lot L2 Grill.

    Everything was great, but we were seated very close to the main portion of the Buffay. As a result, we didn’t even know there was another section that had more food. We missed out on the omelette and the waffle station completely. We didn’t see it until we were walking out of the restaurant. Your service, and to do a better job of letting people know where all of the food stations are.

    We had the Valentine's special, and it was fabulous. The duck was spectacular, and the mousse was amazing. The ambience was lovely. Our space was quiet, but there were still families dining on the other side. Service was top notch.

    Enjoyed my meal, I had a Prime Top Sirloin and it was tasty. The steak was well cooked to my expectation and tasted delicious. My server was friendly and professional. Will be coming back very soon.

    The food was excellent perfectly cook we had the platter with steak, lobster, chicken and prawns for one of our meals. Great service, we celebrated a birthday and they gave us a slice of delicious cheesecake for dessert, thank you much appreciated.

    We thought we were going to get a "finer" dining experience than we got. The menu was a quite disappointing. There is nothing great for appies or mains. We were intrigued by the smoked campfire bbq poutine, which was really good. However, we got the salmon and the shortribs, which both tasted very generic, almost like a tv dinner. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly.

    Service was friendly, no issues there. I ordered the 4 cheese pasta with mushrooms (additional $3), and my husband ordered the 12 oz striploin. My pasta dish was just "okay". There was no fresh parsley on it as indicated in the menu, and the extra mushrooms I paid for were minimal at best. When it came out, it had a crust on it like it had been sitting under a warmer for some time, and my garlic bread was super dry to the point that it actually cut my mouth when I bit into it. My husband's steak was cooked properly, medium-rare as he asked, but it lacked seasoning. A good steak, not a great one. Overall? I wouldn't make an effort to return. We were there before and it was an excellent meal, this time was a disappointment.

    My husband and I shared the platter for two and everything was cooked perfectly. My son's chicken fingers and fries were also delicious. The space was a little dark, but it was quiet and comfortable. The service was exemplary.

    Our steak was not a sirloin steak - we didn’t complain about it because if they served it to us like that they must not see anything wrong with it. Everything else was well cooked but not seasoned at all. For the amount of money we paid for our meal it should have been a LOT more satisfying. Definitely will not return
