This restaurant is not for special Days. It is for people they are staying in hotel and casual dinner. We order guacamole is very bad. My shrimp enchiladas horrible. Our waiter was good. We did reservations 15 days before, but we got the table in the middle high traffic area. Even reservation I told the table should be near to wall. We did not have good experience at all for Mother’s day

my wife and i hosted our son/daughter-in-law for their first dinner at La Hacienda to celebrate the potential purchase of a new home for them. We were seated on the patio, which has great ambiance. Food was good, we started with the big bowl of guacamole and chips, then appetizers followed by main courses - they ordered too much so leftovers went home with them. Very enjoyable evening.

La Hacienda is consistently outstanding in every way every time we dine there. The execution of their dishes is superb. The food is original, fresh, and delicious. Last time, we ordered shrimp tacos and filet aka parilla. Both were superb! Definitely the best! Our server was great and the ambiance is beautiful.

Unfortunately the queso dip was not what it use to be. Very runny and zero cheese taste. I was so disappointed because it was a favourite out ours. Everything else was amazing and the staff make this place the best.

The Fairmont Princess is a beautiful property and the restaurants within it are well designed and have great ambience. The hotel has complimentary valet for people dining on their property. The service is great and the food is excellent. Really nice location. Recommended.

Incredible, thoughtful flavors in everything from the gourmet guacamole through the entrees and desserts. And the most attentive, efficient service I’ve had since before Covid. Not inexpensive but well worth your splurge. And they still offer a kids’ menu which is very reasonable so that you can still enjoy as a family.

There are many Mexican and Latin inspired restaurants in Arizona, but none of them have been able to bring my mother in law to tears like La Hacienda did. The menu, flavors, and music took her back to her childhood, she told us many stories that she never remembered until this dinner. It is one thing to serve good food - it is another to bring long forgotten emotion and memories from decades past to the present.
