Fantastic service from all staff! Went on a Monday evening which was nice because it was not crowded and we had our choice of tables. Service was prompt and waitstaff were friendly and attentive. Food came out quickly and everything was yummy. The chips, salsa, and guacamole were a great way to start our meal. This was our second visit. Our first visit was last summer for lunch and it was very busy and crowded but still a great experience.

We go here all the time, have tried every appetizer, and mix and match on the tacos, incredibly flavorful across the board. Great team, very attentive no matter how busy, and they have a great cocktail list, the margarita, mescal negroni and paloma are tops

Love this place! Always reliable authentic Mexican food. Great service. Great bar, great happy hour margaritas! When you want it spicy, they make it spicy on the side so your companions won't feel the burn. The flavor varieties are amazing! I LOVE La Palapa!

Went for brunch, food and drinks were very good. Staff was awesome and hospitable. Our waiter made a special coffee for my wife even though it wasn't on the menu. Bartender made a mistake with my drink but I didn't even notice until he showed up with a replacement - I ended up drinking both!

The mole was incredible! I enjoyed everything although I was expecting more from the order of esquites. I loved that they had a variety of vegan options and plates that could easily be made dairy-free for my girlfriend. I definitely see myself coming back to this gem of a restaurant and recommending it to my friends.

Had a wonderful experience. Heard about La Palapa from the NYTW website and went before a show. Thought about staying, the food and drinks were so good. And we could even have a conversation with our friends since the noise level wasn’t crazy loud. Best Nachos with cheese, chicken, chilis, etc. Lovely guacamole. We’ll be back.

It took 30 minutes before a server came to take our order. It was over an hour before we got water. Food came after an hour and a half. We were there for the bottomless brunch and because of the long wait, ended up getting two drinks each. In total, we were there for 2.5 hours.

Food was bland, we kept asking for different flavored margarita and the server kept bringing the same thing . It was my wife’s birthday and I brought a ice cream cake told them to store it til the end of dinner and when they brought it out, it was half melted. I was very unsatisfied with the experience

Sadly, the free margarita shots were also strawberry (which I see you didn't like from the margarita that was deleted from your check). We don't usually store cakes from Baskin Robbins as our restaurant freezer is not as cold. We would have been happy to advise you in advance if we had known you were bringing dessert from outside. Thank you for your perspective and we will be sure to use your criticism as a learning experience.

A fantastic sport for a bottomless brunch! The staff was extremely attentive and unlike other brunches we’ve been to, they were happy to keep coming around to check on refills! Furthermore, the food was extremely delicious and with multiple people with food issues, everyone was able to eat and enjoy what they had. We were all commenting on how great the staff was and they came around later with shots to apologize that they were short-staffed. We were all surprised as it was incredible service and never once lagged. Fantastic time overall!!
