While our server was very friendly, he did not return to our table to refill drinks, we did not receive bread as others around did. Steak was over cooked when ordered medium. Overall it was an average meal with beautiful decor. It’s not a “must return” place for us.

Our dinner was wonderful and our waiter was fun and took good care of us. We were seated by the window as requested with a beautiful view of the harbor. It was a very enjoyable evening.

The Palace Saloon is truly a Soo establishment, opening for the first time over a century ago. The restaurant has seen some changes over the decades, switching hands and even looks, but what has always remained the same is the Palace Saloon’s amazing food, drinks and its commitment to the local community. Although the Palace Saloon has seen several changes and renovations throughout the last century, some things have never changed. The beautiful mahogany Brunswick bar is still in use, and the caring friendly staff, the delicious Mexican and American food, and the family-oriented business is the same as it has always been.

The food is delicious. Definitely recommending blackened tuna, braised beef ravioli, spinach salad. Liked the idea of promoting local with min 50% of beverages being from Ontario.

Food was delicious- I got the pretzel charcuterie tray. Drinks refreshing - Blueberry mojito. View breathtaking - sat outside over looking the large lawn, shoreline, and water. Staff friendly and attentive.

Very attentive staff, friendly service, food was excellent! The only recommendation I have would be to slow down speed of bringing different courses out. It felt a bit rushed, we were still working on appetizer when entrees were served but still a great experience- food was excellent and hot! Great cocktails too!
