In 1993, Toqué! opened featuring local produce: a showcase for Quebec's terroir and its suppliers. The ongoing contributions of these artisans is no less important today. We have them to thank for foie gras de canard or salicornia; lamb of heirloom vegetables; seafood or fine herbs. These tireless farmers, foragers and fishermen inspire Toqué!'s cuisine, on which they bestow tastes, textures and natural aromas and unparalleled freshness.

Lively upscale but casual restaurant in the old city. Busy, but cozy, great service even so. The fois gras appetizer was one of the best tasting things I've ever eaten. Duck confit was a little dry, but the flavors surrounding it made it worthwhile. Live music, attentive service, great wine list...I will be recommending this place to anyone going to Montreal.

Firstly the whole hotel is an absolute visual delight …. Beautiful workmanship, details and design …. The steak tartare was presented with careful thought and a delicious delight with every mouthful. Bff had the beet salad and still today - three days after- was raving about how wonderful it was. We asked to check out the other rooms, to the right of staircase, oh my and truly amazing. There wasn’t a seat to be had in the bar, a real scene - noisy but it looked as though everyone was enjoying. Would definitely return for dinner in the dining room if ever back in Montreal - need to find out if chefs have a restaurant in NY/NJ. 👍🏻🤩😍

Pleasantly surprised. We were going to PDA for a show and this was a great choice. Food was very good, service was efficient and friendly, nice wine selection. Very convenient to PDA. We parked in Complexe and easily found restaurant from the garage. Getting back in wasn't the same, took a while, just not used to huge place with so many entrances. Well worth going to.
