Outstanding dinner, hospitality and care. We enjoyed the 4 course prefixed meal, excellent, truly one the best meals we have had! The service from the many people whom took care of us was just as wonderful! Don't miss the opportunity to dine, you will not regret it!

The quality of the food was excellent but, my husband's portion was almost ridiculously small. Mine was perfect. Service and ambiance were very nice.

HIgh tea is a special experience. While you no longer have to dress up, it makes the occasion special to dress at least business casual. The Frontenac has a 400 year history, and it really is beautiful inside and out. There is a certain level of propriety that seems appropriate. The hosts, hostesses, and servers are extremely respectful, and treat you the way you'd expect to be treated if you were paying $1000 a night for a hotel room. But, of course, you don't have to stay there to have high tea. We enjoyed the scones and the sandwiches and the pastries and the tea. As a regular tea drinker at home, I was very happy with the selection. The staff did nothing to rush us out, and we had a lovely time watching the people walking along the boardwalk and viewing the St. Lawrence River. The pianist played a selection of tunes from my youth in an unobtrusive way. For a little while, we were part of that society, and time stopped. As someone who has had high tea in several refined locations, I can say that this experience compared very favorably and was reasonably priced.

From the White Jacketed wait staff and the sizzling steaks grilled table side it was a fantastic experience. Even had the Caesar Salad prepared from scratch at our table. Wonderful evening and in the heart of Old Quebec - couldn't ask for more.

Great service, limited menu but excellent food, wonderful wine list. I highly recommend the Buffalo mozzarella-unbelievably delicious! Small issues were dealt with promptly, professionally, and with a smile. Fantastic experience.
