This was our first experience dining at Frog Hollow in Augusta and I do hope it won't be our last. Friends have been there and raved highly about everything and I have to say I will certainly join in their raving. Our wait person, Tyesha, could not have done a better job, from explaining the concept of farm to table dining and their specialities of the day. My husband had the red grouper dinner and I had one of their daily specialties, the crab cake with arugula salad. Both were excellent and would highly recommend them. The wine list was extensive. Since it was a birthday dinner, dessert and coffee were a "must" and both were excellent. Reservations are encouraged and all the tables were filled by the time we left. The prices reflect the quality of the food so this will probably be a place for special occasions. Tyesha was only one of many of the waitstaff and it was obvious they had great training and learned their lessons well. One comment: The lighting could have been a bit dimmer and the A/C turned down a notch. Reminder to self: bring a heavier wrap on next visit!
