Five uniquely adorned rooms feature James Beard-nominated Chef Brian Huston's signature preparations of locally sourced vegetables, a beautiful selection of pastas and proteins, organic and biodynamic wines, and house cocktails. Make sure to check out our Listening Room -with a state-of-the-art sound system inspired by the fast-growing trend of listening cafes originating in Japan.
