Pear and gorgonzola salad paired with the Carbonara was delicious.

We had an incredible family celebration dinner Saturday night with our two teenage sons. We made our reservation on Open Table and easily got in the day before. Our server was extremely knowledge when assisting with wine selection and offering perfect recommendations for entree selections. Two of us ordered the Caesar salad and one the lobster bisque to start and thoroughly enjoyed them. The Wisconsin parmesan truly made a delicious difference. The bisque to just amazing, so buttery with 3 large lobster pieces. Two of us ordered the bone in ribeye and both done to perfection. My husband had the 10 oz filet made to his order and the other had a NY which was also done to his liking. We shared the truffle potatoes, lobster mac & cheese and Brussels sprouts. The caramelized spouts had a delicious smoky flavor with bits of bacon. The mac & cheese had many pieces of lobster throughout and pasta was perfectly done. Everyone was content and we had more than enough. My husband is gluten free and there was no problem accommodating his order and many options to choose from. For dessert we shared a creme brûlée, perfect caramelized cap, and the mini doughnuts. So tasty! The atmosphere was warm and relaxing and the background music just right. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Carnevor and highly recommend it for any occasion.

Overall everything was just perfect all around. Definitely recommend for a date night or dinner with friends.
