Last night we celebrated our Anniversary here. Nothing was short of AMAZING! Tucked away in the heart of downtown, Steak 48 is a true gem that exceeded all my expectations during our recent visit. From the moment we stepped inside, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of warmth and elegance. Service: The service was impeccable. Our server Yazmin was not only knowledgeable about the menu but also passionate about the dishes. She took the time to recommend pairings and shared interesting notes about the ingredients and preparation. Throughout the meal, she was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring we had everything we needed while allowing us to enjoy our food on our special night. Food: Now, let’s talk about the food—the star of the evening! For the main course, I opted for the bone in ribeye with scallops, which melted in my mouth. Each scallop was tender and caramelized beautifully. My dining husband chose the 22 oz bone in ribeye, was cooked to perfection, accompanied by brussel sprouts that were crisp and vibrant. We couldn’t resist dessert and shared the ultimate warm vanilla caramel cake. It was heavenly—rich, warm, and oozing with caramel sauce, served alongside a scoop of vanilla gelato. Not to mention they sent us home with 2 gifts! Such a special night we will never forget! Thank you to the team at Steak 48!

Eclectic mix of food and it was all really good so everyone was satisfied. I had a group of 10 and had some changes and late arrivals and they were super accommodating and so nice. Had great service too!

The stone crab does not disappoint. Service is always amazing- from the hosting station on. Staff must enjoy working there and it shows. Clearly well run place. I always enjoy visiting. My guests have always loved it

We dined for lunch and had a great time. The truffle gnocchi was rich and filling, kale Caesar salad was delicious and a healthy portion, and the Parmesan fries were a must-have!

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary with Dinner at Kitchen and Kocktails Chicago!! Wow!!! From the time we entered until we left, it was amazing!!! The management and front of house leader, Vaughn was awesome and top tier. Our server, Olivia, amazing!!! We felt like VIP's. Just a great time and the food was just incredible. We had catfish and grits, and the Pasta! Oh yeah, the margarita (virgin for us) and Peach Cobbler outstanding! Get there, asap, you'll love it.
