I am not sure that there is a better bar seat in the entire city of Ottawa. We sampled a bit of everything great cocktails and wine list, the raw appetizers, the mains and dessert were off the charts. We were there for our anniversary and were congratulated by three different service staff members. It’s got a great vibe with great service and great food. Best full service bar seat in Ottawa.

I have been to Joes Italian Kitchen more than 15 times. Food is fantastic and consistent. Best Pizza's ever! Decor is rustic and amazing. Just a lovely dining out experience.

The Galley is a great go to restaurant, when boating on the Big Rideau.

We were greeted by a pleasant staff member and shown our seats we our waiters arrived and it was actually Chef Michael Blackie, we cannot say enough about the high quality of service that we received. Chef Blackie explained each dish of the buffet as it was brought out to our table. It was very nice to hear where the dish came from and about Chef Blackie’s adventures traveling the world and learning the dishes. We did not leave the restaurant hungry, there was an abundance of great dishes served in the Sunday brunch. Thanks again for the great service and hospitality, second to none. Highly recommended and will definitely be back.

My husband I went for lunch to the River House Vineyard and Winery on Saturday September 14, 2024. I had the Crispy Chicken Sandwich on a Brioche bun. The chicken was juicy in the middle and crispy on the outside, the taste was amazing! My husband had the Mediterranean Bowl, which consisted of large chunks of locally sourced Feta, fresh tomatoes, cucumber, chickpeas and quinoa. The portions for both meals was quiet generous. I had a glass of the River House Chardonnay with lunch. I enjoyed it so much that I purchased 2 bottles to take home!
