Lovely end to our season opening first day skiing in Whistler. As always great atmosphere, super Happy Hour deals and fantastic service by our server Kim and night manager James! We will be back!

The portions were large and the drinks are delicious! Steaks were perfectly prepared.

The food and service were outstanding. Our party had bread-and-cheese toast, Caesar salad, and bone-in rib steaks cooked medium rare. We selected the port demi sauce and Himalayan Maldon salt duo to accompany the steaks. Given the price point, the steak was terrific from the first bite and did not disappoint. We had a couple of bottles of malbec wine, poured into a decanter and staff quickly offered to fill our glasses at appropriate times. We finished with key lime pie and Bananas Foster for dessert. The server and staff were professional, with just the right amount of attention to provide excellent service without being disruptive.

Unbelievable. No other word is better. Our family has been so grateful and privileged to enjoy some of the globe’s best dining experiences in 6 of 7 continents and we all agreed it might have been a decade or decades since we’d had food as interesting and creative and with such enhancement of the original ingredients as we just had at Wild Blue. Oyster enhancements were the most amazing and creative and downright delicious. The chicken was the most satisfying I’ve ever had. The steak for my husband was cooked perfectly. Out of this all, what was best was the service by Mary. She made my mother’s birthday the most thoughtful and important. She cared and focused on everything we asked for with such care and kindness! Mary was so knowledgeable of the food, the preparation and how to provide us recommendations that made our meal even more amazing. Thank you!

Our server, Sam, was intuitive and amazing and anticipated our needs. Just top notch! Our chef was entertaining and terrific! The meal was perfectly prepared and delicious!
